Love their Chicken. It is not loaded with crust and little chicken. I have tried every chicken places and it is the best for Chicken and my favorite is Chicken pot pie.

Okay today's visit the KFC yielded a very spicy eight Wing box of chicken that actually needs to qualification for being spicy unlike their competitors they have actually got the darn thing right alas it is KFC nothing spectacular customer service is good restaurant was clean meet all the basic expectations of any restaurant that has been around for as many years as it has been I was suggest if you like spicy food please come in and try to eat spicy wings and make sure you buy something to cool them off didn't really like their ranch sauce on that look remind me more of tartar sauce

I will not be going back to this particular kfc! I ordered 4 combos, mostly chicken tenders and one leg and thigh combo. All of the chicken tenders were hard and over cooked. The chicken leg and thigh looked good, with no complaints from my son. The service was terrible. One employee didn't even want to take our order, so she sent another employee to help us who was actually working.

Food isn't the same like it was back in the day, the biscuits were undercooked and prices are outrageous.
The customer service desk was wonderful and the lady was very helpful. The problem I had was with the uncle Tom manager he interrogated me about chicken I received the wrong order of what I asked for . I spoke with a young lady on the phone on my complaint she was pleasant while she written it down I came up the next day for my replace order and the manager came up in question me of why did I bring to order I had back which was not asked of me then he stated that he would do it this time I told him I hope it would not be a next time that my order is incorrect he say well things happen. He made me feel like I was a criminal who came to steal chicken. Sing to me he needs to be taught some customer service experience.

Food and timelessness is what you'd expect from a KYC. Good service. I've never received old food here. Chicken always seems relatively fresh. However, orders are sometimes inconsistent (ex: 3 PC meal: 1 drum 2 thighs next visit 2 drums 1 thigh).

Lousy service!!! We ordered something, they asked us at the counter for something else and we told them NO and We repeated that it was what we wanted and received our order. We repeated that it was what we wanted and received the order. We didn't want a receipt because we thought everything was fine since we repeated the order twice. When we got home, we got the surprise that it was the other order that was asked at the counter and we said NO! We went back to the restaurant annoyed and they sent us to talk to the manager TOMORROW MORNING.So, I went back twice and now it turns out that I have to go back tomorrow to talk to the manager BECAUSE I WAS GIVEN AN ORDER I DIDNT MAKE!Original order: 8 pcs chicken mealWhat did we get? 8 chicken tenders with large sides
