Consistently slow, today they completely forgot about our order and made us wait an extra 20 minutes for no reason. When we received the pizza it was doughy and not fully cooked through. Seems like they are constantly understaffed.
Asked for a light cooked crazy bread they made me wait pull one out of the heating tank took it to the back then brought it out like that was freshly made and how o asked for it. Fail.

I am thoroughly disappointed with my recent experience. The pretzel pizza I received was far from satisfactory. The crust was not the advertised pretzel crust, and its texture was unpleasantly mushy. Furthermore, the pizza was undercooked, rendering it unpalatable. This experience fell significantly short of expectations and does not reflect a standard I would consider acceptable.
