since they switched to using DoorDssh to deliver instead of their own employees, they take longer to deliver the orders. drive picked and 30 min later message saying driver is having a hard time find my house. it is a 5 min drive...Marco wants my business back drop Doordash.
Pretty insane... we ordered pizza at 713pm. It didn't arrive until 901pm. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes. No answer. Nothing.
We visited the Chesterfield location near Kroger Saturday night. Quite busy and we waited for our order. Our order included a Greek salad. At some point the rest of our order was ready and we were waiting on the salad. I ask the cashier what the hold up was, before he could answer, I and every one else in the lobby heard 2 employees arguing over who would fix the salad.
