Just got a scrambled pizza via home delivery. Opened the box and the pizza was everywhere, just not together as you would expect. Not sure what happened but I've never had that happen before. Maybe it fell out of the car, who knows. Additionally, it was cold and resembled soft cardboard. Guess that does it for me and Marcos.

Husband says the pizza isn't bad and he never gets sick from it. Everytime i get anything i get sick. I know it isn't all marcos bc my favorite on glenside never makes me ill. Customer service is meh

Pizza is always good as well as the cheese bread. But my biggest complaint is that you can never, ever get the sauce cups right. I always put all garlic but nope, ALWAYS get ranch and pizza sauce.

Complete chaos in here. My order said pick up at 6:23. Wasn’t ready until almost 7. That’s for a pick up. Avoid unless you don’t mind waiting FOREVER.
Being a regular of Marcos in Colonial Heights, we decided to get dinner from this Chester location the other night. It was by far the best I have ever gotten from any pizzeria! Whoever was working on the night if 4/9 did a wonderful job. The gentleman at the front was very welcoming and on top of helping us even with ordering at the last minute and picking up right at closing time. The pizza was cooked perfectly and not overdone, with soft crust and light sauce as requested. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I ordered food from this location for delivery and paid with my card. I did not add a tip I just paid the regular price with taxes & fee. This location updated my purchase price a day later. So they can charge my card an additional $5. Please be aware of unauthorized charges. This is bad business practices and I will never order from another Marco’s again! I will be sure to spread the word about this shady act
