So we’ve ordered twice over the last 2 weeks. Both times the wait for delivery was over 1 hour and pizza was cold but the time we got it. Order tracker doesn’t work and worse, when I told them about the issue, there was dead silence on the phone—no I’m sorry, no nothing. Guess who’s not ordering from there ever again?

I ordered two pizzas for delivery and we like it extra well done and crispy. We placed our order on line and then I called the store to make the instruction. Lady picked up the phone was very pleasant and assured me that she will follow through with instruction. She did and pizzas were delivered fairly quick. They were great and as requested.

How can a place screw up an order so bad? We ordered two Calzones, (1) Pepperoni, Mushroom, and Green Olives. Simple right? NOPE.. It came with hardly any Pepperoni, a ton of mushrooms, NO Green Olives, and had some sausage on it. Really. Now on to (2). Chichen Classico. Chicken was downright nasty, a TON of onions, and guess where they put the Green Olives, yep, you guessed it on this one. It doesn't even call for Green Olives, but hey I guess they figured we wouldn't notice. Just downright nasty meals. One of the worst meals we have ever gotten from them. Seems like the quality of food from them is going downhill fast based on the other comments. Might have to find another Sunday go-to.

It really sucks that they can't manage to get employees they can make the food correctly. Because when it's made right it's amazing! The last four times I have ordered, they have gotten my food wrong. I give up!

Ordered garlic sauce crust, nope! Ordered buffalo wings, nope! Received garlic parm. They forgot the extra sauce I paid for. Took forever to get to my house.
