Received a burnt sub with hardly any meat. Never again. Ordered extra cheese and barely got any cheese on my pizza either. Wished I used door dash they would have gave me some of my money back 😕

Their quality has gone downhill a lot. We have been coming here ever since they opened but it’ll be our last time today. For last two times, has been terrible orders- last time they made a regular crust pizza even when we ordered thin then told me at the counter ‘I’ll be at the back of the line for 30 mins to remake’ even though their mistake. Today ordered a large thin crust - the big lady who was working there at 7.30 pm Thu evening 3/13- it was apparent she didn’t care less- when we ate the pizza, the taste of the cheese was awful- it was pungent and something was off- we called them and the same lady answered the phone- and first claimed ‘she was the manager ‘ then when we told her the issue she said ‘she’ll tell the manager ‘ then hung up. Such awful customer service. You can keep your pizza there- we ain’t coming back.

Been going to this Marcos for years- for carry outs and deliveries. The store itself is always spotless and the atmosphere is always such a friendly and respectful vibe. When I do order delivery, they are always extremely timely and the pizza is always hot and in perfect condition. 10/10 would choose over any other local pizza spot:)

The restaurant was clean, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!
Ate at this place a few times. Each time my pizza exceeded expectations. Pizza came out quick and it waa flavorful. Zach and Rachel always have great customer service and treat me well each time. If i could give this place more than 5 stars i would.

Who ever the lady was that answered the phone last night when my delivery was taking forever explained to me that door dash picked up my order bc of short staffing ? and she was awesome ? I got my pizza and ordered the same exact one tonight ?
