Me and hubby ordered separately on our apps and I went to pick up. First window couldn't remember that I'd just told which orders were mine to know which receipts to hand me. Fine. Go to second window and he asks what's on my order. I told him I wasn't sure. He gets snarky asking," you don't know what you ordered?" So I hand him the receipt. He gives me what's on that order. Then he seems confused as to why I haven't driven off. I tell him I have two orders. We'll what's on that one he wants to know so I just hand him the receipt. Got home and realize he didn't give me my drink. Never asked if I needed a drink carrier either. So tgat was fun carrying up the stairs. Fries weren't hot. They were kinda busy too so no reason to not have fresh fries. There were m&m's in my oreo mcflurry for some reason. Stop bumping your orders before we drive off and learn to put them in order at the first window. It really can't be that hard. If you can't manage it then go back to one lane.
Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and small fry, the 2 cheeseburgers having only ketchup and only pickle. Took 20 minutes- wasting majority of my 30m lunch break just to give me 2 cheeseburgers with ketchup and mayo on them. How the hell do you do that.

Dirty, the service and attitude of the staff is pretty bad, they don’t have happy meal toys and they don’t let you know before hand. Sadly it’s harder and harder to get a decent experience at McDs now a days (and I just want decent not even a good or great experience).

Morning crew much better than evening. The morning manager is super sweet and her employees mirror her attitude. If the evening crew were the same I would give more stars.
Got a double cheese burger the cheese wasnt melted and cold, Large fries was cold like they cooked a lot because line was long and my sweet tea tasted like PURE SUGER!!!

Unbelievably slow today. placed order ONLINE, but OMG, getting my order was a challenge. Did u know you only have 30 mins to pick up your order? I didn't know that. I've NEVER seen that on the website. Unusually poor service for this location. Food was good.

Busy morning on Veterans Day but the crew was working efficiently, even w the new guy at the register. Food was delicious, esp the hot and fresh egg McMuffin and crispy hash brown. Maybe clean up the tables and eating area a little more.

They are always very Courteous and pleasant to you at the drive thru
They close the lobby at 8 despite saying midnight on the door. This is every night because “I run this joint, not you” says the nightstaff. No big deal, that means more workers for the drive through. Evidently not the case. I placed a mobile order and then waited in the drive through for 52 minutes. My order was a mchicken, fry, and sweet tea.

I'm loving it. Every time I come here I'm politely greeted at the drive thru and my order is always correct. Not only is it correct, but it's hot and fresh and tastes amazing. Not sure what management at this location is doing but they are leaps and bounds ahead of the other McDonald's in the area.

I’ve attempted to get delivery from this McDonald’s several times in the last few months. Every single time there is an issue with it. As of right now, I’m at the 68 minute mark of my order being ‘prepared’. For three sandwiches and 3 drinks. The Chester/Chesterfield area has some of the absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever dealt with. In the past they have delivered my order with cold or missing food, and when I attempt to go through the ‘Help’ section of the McDonalds app, I never get a response. Someone from McDonald’s corporate needs to come and visit all of the stores in this area.

It seemed very dirty to me when I entered, the meat was raw, the service was very bad, they did not take my order correctly, my recommendation is that you do not go to that McDonald's.
