Awful service the teenagers in there just ignore you and decide if they’d like to serve you or not. Ordered from there multiple times and had to cancel it due to them not wanting to work. As someone who works in the service industry I can assure this is the worst drive thru service I’ve gotten. Personally I could never be like that….

I regularly come to this location because it is near my house and I always hope the food is better but with out fail every time I get my food the sandwiches are dry like they have sat in the bin all day long. My prompt to create a review was just a moment ago I went inside and a few managers were sitting across from the counter and not one of them came to the counter to greet me. I now understand the food quality is due to poor management.

literally do not come inside to eat because they take so damn long to give you and make your food. when you eat inside they FORGET you exist and only focus on the people in the drive thru. and the workers do NOT ever come to the counter to talk to customers , you’ll never get to ask for anything . last time i came here during the mcdonald’s meal they fr took an hour and 30 minutes to give us our food cuz they’re so busy worrying about JUST THE DRIVE THRU. if ur eating inside genuinely order thru the drive thru and then come eat inside cuz they dgaf about the people who eat inside. the workers are also mad unprofessional and don’t wanna do their jobs like what are yall even paying them for… DO BETTERRR

Everytime I come to this place my food is messed up or I'm missing stuff. This time a worker was in the back smoking weed and the girl that came to the window was so high she didn't even know what's going on. Stay away from this trash. Just read the reviews it's all one star reviews.
Went to pick up a happy meal to eat lunch with my son at his elementary school. Was disgusted to find mold or hair or whatever is seen in the photo. The drive through workers barely acknowledge you as they wordlessly hand you items. This is horrible customer service and a health hazard

Please hire new leadership. I can only imagine the reason for this location being so slow is due to poor management. This is consistently the worst McDonald’s I’ve even been been to.

This is the worst mcdonalds ever. I use to go here but here recently they have gotten so horrible with giving uut my food when I ordered through the app. I got attitude for just asking for something they missed and wait an hour for anything. They care about the drive through than they do for the people inside.
