Horrible staff. I’ve gone here now 3 times and everytime they act as if I am bothering them. Everytime I have items missing. The attitudes suck. Then I try to contact corporate for something to be done about my issues and I just get the runaround. Just horrible.

TRASHHHHHHHHHH, If you don't go during the day DONT GO, I know McDonald's is like ya know not ya 5 star eating but at least 3 right? I got a mac salad on my burger no fries for 4 meals a large seltzer water they then to add insult to injury added the cold fries and some warm fries in the containers it took 40 min to get 5 meals and I had to turn around for fries

First of all, McDonald's food is something I rarely eat, however this particular one was a horrible experience for us. The tables were dirty, the wait time was literally forever and the food was the worst at a McDonald's yet! My sons burger was so dry and old, he didn't even eat it. It was like something that had been sitting under a heat lamp for a week. The staff was also rude and acted like they could care less about anything.

This morning we stopped by for breakfast. The drive had a busy line, yet the staff were keeping it efficient & running smooth. They were so nice it made my day. Out of all the McDonald I been to my whole life they were so heart warming. Best service ever !

Poor self-service, they sent me to wait. Fifteen minutes passed and they came with an order that wasn't mine. They took my ticket and gave me another one from a different customer. I waited another 20 minutes for them to return with my order and they never came. I went inside and no one took responsibility. The dark-skinned guy was the one who made the mistake....I waited for 1 hour and in the end, I asked for my money back

Not sure what’s going on in there but everything about my meal was awful. Burger was old and cold. Fries were old and cold. Even the drink was warm and flat.
Food was to be expected for McDonald's, no napkins were given, took sandwich out of bag and ingredients were falling out as it wasn't wrapped properly and both people at both windows seemed bothered that we came to McDonald's, they do not like there job what so ever

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The service was unbelievably slow — it took over an hour and a half just to get my food. When it finally arrived, it was cold and clearly had been sitting out. For a place known for fast service, this was the exact opposite. Definitely needs serious improvement in both speed and food quality. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
