Made an order on the self pay. There system “lost my order” took me to log into my app and bank account to prove I paid and still would not give me my soda since I got a coffee which I paid extra on top of the soda. Worse service!!!

Came in this evening at 8:00pm and waiting until after 8:30 - 5-6 employees were sitting on break, I guess, in the lobby cussing and making several derogatory comments. I was shocked this was allowed as the lines and waits were long.
A young gentlemen who was on break but waiting for his food came from the waiting area to the food area and was checking the big mac boxes without handwashing at about 8:16pm.
My order said it was ready at 8:07pm on my app, but when I inquired I was met with a nasty attitude for asking. I asked if they had an idea of how much longer it could be and the answer was “nah” …. I am not going to educate a child or young adult how to be polite in a place of business I don’t operate myself- but I’m very surprised behaviors as such aren’t corrected or managed better.
Several employees on break outside of the one touching food without washing their hands exiting and reentering the food area from the lobby. I’m very grossed out. I am unable to cancel my order, but I would expect a manager or the franchise owner to reach out to me. I’ve filed a complaint with the health department. It’s been 15 years since I was 16 and working for McDonald’s but I know there are policies and rules in place both from the company and from the health department to prevent the things I witnessed.

Food is typical McDonald's. Drive thru is abysmally slow. It is always packed and takes forever. I average about 20 minutes from start to finish when I come here.

Place Just fell off in so many ways... I've finally said I'm gonna stop coming to this location, despite it being convenient.. Last 3 times looong wait and messed up my simple orders.. my quarter pounder I got was a big Mac patty... People will walk by for 10 minutes and not acknowledge you or your mobile order that's sitting right there behind the register.. I'm gonna skip here until it's more consistent quality

This place sucks and they dont know how to run a FAST FOOD place at all. Several people looked and didn't say a word. I placed a mobile order before I got there and I had to wait in the store 30 to 45 minutes. They dont know how work this place!

Waited over 20 minutes for an iced coffee in curbside pickup. I understand that they can be busy sometimes, so I went inside to pick it up. I had to wait another 5 minutes to speak to a person… they all seemed to be hiding in the back. I witnessed several other curbside orders go inside and wait to talk to a person.

If i could give this place 0 star i will i came with my kids for some french fries they took like 25 minitues to make my food they have all this people just talking around people that ordered after me got their food first but they just dont care i just won't go to this place no more
