That was terrible. The drive through was so long I went inside. Nobody up front. Had to use the machine to order. A lady needed a straw and the employee walked by and said she was busy as she walked by the straws. Some employees were f-bombing about they don't want to be there and the manger seemed unorganized. Nobody was serving upfront so other guest had to call back to ask what's going on. This is the worst fast food experience I have had and that is saying something. I will never stop by again.

Was told they could not take my order anymore at the register that it had to be placed at the kiosk even though the kiosk would not allow me to order what I wanted . Then watched them take 2 orders of other patrons right behind telling me No...... Never to return to this location.

Never again. So we all know that fast food prices everywhere have increased dramatically, to the point where it’s ridiculous. So I pay $11 for a chicken nugget meal. Sauce? I chose honey. How many little tiny honey packets did it come with? 2. Two packets for 10 nuggets. And those honey packets are small - NOT the size of a regular sauce. So I asked if I could have maybe two more. What do I get told? “It’s 25 cents per additional packet.” Yeah, nevermind then. $11 on a fast food meal and then being asked to pay EXTRA for some sauce? No thank you. You could go to Chick-fil-A and they would give you 15 of every single sauce they have if you asked - and not charge for it. I’ve crossed off so many fast food places because of poor service, insane prices, and long wait times. These companies are greedy as mess to charge extra for sauces after you’ve paid ten million dollars for a lukewarm meal that you’ve waited 15 minutes to get. Never again.

I am here visiting for dispatch school. I have eaten breakfast here 4 out of the 5 days I have been here and every morning the food has been good hot and freshly made. The speed was impeccable and customer service was awesome.

2nd local McD's I will never go to again (1st is hancock village). Been here 3x. 1st was for breakfast and it was fine. 2nd and 3rd were for lunch and wait times were insane and food was cold. This last time, waited 30 minutes for order, did the drive through, sent to parking spot and waited, spoke to girl deliverying orders twice. Once it arrived, it was not warm, like it had been sitting a long time. Order included 2 orders of fries. Together, they would not have made one order of fries. I do not expect much from McD's but do expect the order to be complete, on time and edible. This was a joke.
