On 12/19/2025 around 8:30pm I stopped to get a meal for my family. While waiting on my meal I used the bathroom at the same time as a McDonald’s employee. The employee used the bathroom and did not wash his hands going directly back into the kitchen. A couple of minutes later another employee was walking from the kitchen towards the front counter and put his finger in his mouth trying to remove something. After witnessing these unsanitary conditions, I left without getting my food or a refund. Not sure where management needs to start to fix these sanitary problems, but the health standards were alarming bad at this location. I am posting this as a warning to other potential customers.

One lane was closed. There wasn't a sign or cone indicating that one drive thru wasn't working. So, we had to repeatedly call thru speaker and no reply. We had to go around, park to go inside to order. Once confronted, Manager says, no one using that one...REALLY!!

15 minutes in drive thru to get one lukewarm coffee. Passenger walked the dog and went inside to pee and I was still in line.

After a long drive we settled for night in a nearby Hyatt. We walked to McDonald’s, quite hungry and ready to order. We arrived there at 10:18 PM and tried to enter. The sign stated dining room was supposed to be opened till 11PM. It wasn’t. Inside there were two employees who waved us away. The drive through was open but not busy. Of course it was illegal for us to „walk through” the drive through to get food. Maybe they were understaffed, who knows. Inappropriate on a Friday night preceding the Thanksgiving week.

Horrible experience food was avg fries use to be great cleas room temperature and soggy, young man at register had the personality of a rock. Ask a question and can barely hear him obviously doesn't want to work. Plan to never go to any Macdonald's again

The only issue I have with this place is that I can never get hot and fresh fries from here like I do from the one down the road from this one

I ordered a big mac no one on line in drive through i got my order in 1 minute why is my burger cold and bread hard sweet tea like water only thing good was the fries i pulled off wanted to turn back but no time to i had an appointment i never had a cold burger so disappointed 🙃
It's your basic McDonald's atmosphere, but it's the best in the area. Food is always cooked fresh and correctly. Our has browns were cooked and not soggy with grease and the fries have been the same way. It's always clean as well.
Kisok took my order but had to pay at register, no worries. Staff was VERY busy at 10 am on Sunday but were as attentive as they could be. Possibly could come off rude to some people but I get it, I'm still kind and say thank you and it seemed to improve their mood a bit. Order had a missing item but they rectified that promptly.

Normal McDonald's, staff can be a bit rude depending on who it is. Overall normal fast food, basically just quick grab and go. Not really a place to eat for experience.

Nasty as hell brand new chicken strips and they raw as it was when it came off the chicken. Fries cold... Third time stopping here as a truck driver never will stop again it's the same B.S. each time...they want $15 an hour lol
