O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

The wait to get in was about 20 minutes only to get forgotten and pushed back in line. Once inside, half the restaurant was empty with very limited wait staff. Service suffered with the small staff of servers. First time ever having a bad experience here and it was a doozie.

I ordered curbside to go from this restaurant but they were too understaffed to have someone bring it to my car but the text message failed to mention that. The appetizer dip was still cold in the middle when I got home. They forgot my two root beers and then said it may take up to ten days to receive my refund. I can understand being understaffed these days but they could have put that in the text message that I needed to come inside to get my order. They could have also had a sign that said the to go orders were in this location. Really over all I found the service to be lacking. I waited for 20 minutes to get what was advertised as being delivered to my car. If you are understaffed than state that so that customers know what to expect. I paid for what I thought was curbside service but that is not what I received. Disappointed.

First time @an OCharley's foods was great. Service was top notch we sat by the bar had dinner and apps The bartender and our server was Alyssa she was very friendly. Her suggestions and care for the table were on point. We will definitely be back great experience

I miss the one in Midlothian. Them I found this gem. Good food and good service!

Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures... I ordered the 12oz Ribeye steak(medium well)with the mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli. I had to send the first steak back because it came out well done and I wasn't about to be chewing for hours so I sent it back. When it finally came back(my party had finished eating) it was medium(medium rare) so I kept it(I've eaten medium steaks before). The sides were good and thats the best thing I had to say about my meal. If I end up there again I'll never order a steak(I'll stay safe n get a burger i guess). That was a very bad steak experience.

20-25 minutes wait for 2 when there's nobody else waiting is kind of fishy. Chili's at least had a visual reason for the wait.

What is wrong with things in the Chester area? I would guess management.

My 1st time here and was good food with great space! I didn't get anything fancy just the fish and chips (fries) and fish was really fresh and good and big portions. Can't wait to try something else next time

Man! I come here once a month in memorium to my deceased wife. I gotta say the med-rare ribeyeye was so full of gristle and tendons literally inedible. When I was cutting it I saw a freaking blood vessel that I thought was a worm. Terrible product. Also the baked potato was just smaller than my fist. The butter and sour cream were larger than potato . Boo on you! I loved my server game so $10 tip even though I didn't need any help. Buns were delicious though. Like a partial refund
