Dined at O’Charley’s today (9/24/2025) for lunch in the bar area. I didn’t catch the bartender’s name, but she was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and kind. My two drinks were perfect, and I ordered the Catfish with fries. The food was good, though the more petite catfish strips reminded me of their old weekday all-you-can-eat catfish. I had hoped for the two whole fillets pictured on the website menu, but I believe that’s a dinner option.

Regardless, the experience was excellent. I also ordered the new Salisbury Steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, plus a cheesecake to go, which I’m looking forward to enjoying for dinner. It’s been several months since my last visit, and I won’t wait that long again. O’Charley’s reminded me why it’s so popular: friendly service and freshly cooked, satisfying food. v/r, Dr. Ken King

Really good food and attentive staff! I got the Louisiana style steak medium rare, and it was perfectly cooked with a tasty crust. The side salad was notably good as well, I like whatever Caesar dressing they have. Rolls were fresh tasty. I sat at the bar and the bartender was really friendly and attentive. Honestly can't say anything bad!

Smash burger isn't 2 1/4lb patties over cooked with no crust or sear. This was a plain double burger on. A fancy bun with 2 slices of pickels. You need to go to OKC to see and taste a smash burger. Yours was more like a big mac without lettuce and onions. I ate it but its one and done.

The hostess (I think) when told her i wanted to sit at the high top. She gave me the menu and silverware in my hand and said pick a table.

Great food!!..excellent customer service

The people who work here care super attentive. They quickly greet you arrive. They are constantly coming back and checking on customers. When people leave, they go right to the table and start breaking it down for the next customers.

Restaurant itself could use some updates. Cracked tiles, old bathrooms with stall doors that don't lock, dated carpet and furniture.

Overall, a huge step up from other O'Charley's we have been to. Keep up the great work.

I had ordered through DoorDash because I had surgery couple days ago & cannot go out. I ordered country fried steak dinner, loaded smashed potatoes & green beans, 2 potato soups & a slice apple pie. No pie in order but was charged. Sent a baked potato instead of smashed potatoes & it was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. They sent gravy that was only enough for a few bites. And soup looking like it 2 days old. You should be ashamed the prices you charge & this is the crap that you deliver. Disgusting

I got a California salad with grilled chicken. It was the worse. The lettuce was wet and soggy to the point the pecans were soggy. The grilled chicken had absolutely no seasoning or any kind of flavor . I paid $15 bucks for a waste of time and money. They should be ashamed. I will never have anything from this place again. Oh yeah and the blue cheese crumbles the lack there of… just a shame…. But they have good customer service!

Ok meal at a decent price. Had the chicken fingers. The cole slaw was only okay and the cheese grits were actually not very good at all. I usually leave good reviews, but honestly this meal was sub par.

Saw an ad on Facebook about the $5.99 curbside sale on mondays. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries and two cheese burgers. Honestly, i couldve gotten better food for less at Sonic. The chicken tender looked like they came from the elementry cafeteria school lunch. And the burgers looked like they had been sitting on the grill all lunch period. Definatley werent fresh. That will be the last time i order from there.
