Frustrating Experience and Poor Communication I came to this Panda Express after a 13-hour workday hoping for a quick, simple meal, but it turned into a headache. I asked to taste a specific drink, pointed directly to it, and decided to order that one. The cashier gave me a completely different drink, not even the same color, and it was hot.
When I told her it wasn’t the one I asked for, she kept insisting it was the same drink and seemed to have trouble understanding what I meant. I tasted it again and said, “No ma’am, this is not what I tried.” Instead of correcting it, she told me, “You already drank it, so you have to take it.”
It took the manager stepping in just to get it switched out. I understand that language barriers can cause confusion, but the situation could’ve been handled with more patience and professionalism. After a long day, that lack of courtesy was really disappointing.

I am at the TC Jester and 1960 location. I am giving them a bad review, because at 2 pm or close to 2pm I was trying to place an order. It was not the lady that was working at the window. It was the lady that serves. She walked back and forth 3 times and did not speak to me at all. She wound up helping the people that came in behind me.

I watched my food sit for almost ten minutes before they bagged it. I checked in said i was picking up. I sat and waited. Weren’t even busy FOR IT TO BE SITTING! I watched what i order even come out fresh. What’s the point of having a pick up time. When everyone just walks around it doesn’t even bother to put it into a bag. I wouldn’t even be upset. But yall had a total 3 people in your lobby. It’s a joke. I spend almost 40 dollars for it to just sit? It’s crazy. You have the manager staring at while he walks around. I watched four other people get there stuff WHO CAME IN AFTER and they were down the line. It’s a joke. Get a grip.

This location is usually pretty busy but I make it a point to go here bc the service is always top notch. The cashier Alexis is so sweet and is always smiling even when they are the busiest and most everyone else seems overwhelmed or flustered. She’s great and is one of the main reasons I dine in when i come. The food is so good also. Make sure you try the honey walnut shrimp and fried rice!

Waited in line for over 20 minutes, if you dine in you are the last priority. We watched them fill drive thru and app order at a ratio of 4 to 1. Drive thru and app orders are the first server regardless on how many people are standing in line.
