The first soup appeared as though too long in pot. Couldn't make change to give tip to cashier. This location is always hit or miss. Will visit my usual location by Brandermill across from TGIF.

I love Panera, unfortunately the past couple times I’ve ordered to-go, it was missing items. My last order was mini brownies and a regular brownie, a YP2 and a bowl of soup. I was missing the regular browning and the soup from the YP2 🙁 Go inside or check your to-go orders before driving off if you want to get all your food.

Clean, good staff, food was out quick. Daughter was really looking forward to broccoli cheddar and they were out. 😢Bathrooms need some work. Others may have a better experience.

1 star feels generous. Looking closer at the reviews it seems like consistency, rotten food, and cleanliness are consistent problems at this location. We were just stopping thru on a road trip. Here was our experience:

-Ordered 2 bowls of oatmeal. 1 was watery with no sugar, and 1 was basically hard and dry like they scraped the bottom of the barrel, and then it was loaded with sugar. My husband had to dump it over to pour the sugar out. Where was the consistency??
-Ordered a yogurt parfait for my toddler. The fruit seemed to have spoiled in it, so there was a LOT of thick brown liquid on top. I couldn’t believe they’d serve that to someone! We threw it out without opening it.
-The bathroom was dirty (soap all down the walls, handles gross, paper towels on the floor), and the floor was strangely sticky.

Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes yesterday . There was no explanation or apologies when I pulled up to get the food . Very poor customer service. The drive thru and building needs some work as well. Very disappointing.

Ran out of practically everything. Susbstituted different items to complete our order. Waited 30 minutes only to be informed they'd burned our eggs and had none left. Waste of time. Completely dysfunctional team. Poorly prepared and staffed. Massive letdown.

Door dash orders are always wrong or missing something 🙄😑🥴 just do ur simple job. I work 12 hour shifts really annoying when ppl cant do their simple job

Took a while to get to the register to place our order. Just a customer who has not been there before cashier was explaining items And doing a great job. Chicken frontega came out rather quickly And tasted great. Thank you

Ordered delivery. Didn't receive turkey sandwich and my bread for the cheddar broccoli soup bowl was moldy, check out the photo, extremely disappointed. Called the store ans they told me I would have to come to the store for a refund. When I asked the manager they then they told me it would be refunded in the morning, on hold for themanager for 10 seconds. Clearly a lie. See you in the morning. Try not to make anyone sick with your spoiled food in the meantime. Department of health is my next stop.
