I placed my order, waited an hour, pizza was delivered. I received the wrong order, I called and got a robot who connected me to the store, I’m old hold for quite a while (if they don’t take the orders anymore, not sure why I had to hold so long. I tell the guy my order is wrong. He asked me if I wanted a credit, ummmm no I want my pizza. He says they will swap it out for what I ordered. I tried ordering online for the Chester location. The website kept taking me in a loop. There was a coupon online for 25% off and I was told I couldn't redeem the coupon in store. So, the website ordering isn't working and I end up spending more money because I couldn't redeem an online coupon in store for a site that wasn't working.
My children love your pizza. This was for them or I would have ordered somewhere else.
