I placed my order, waited an hour, pizza was delivered. I received the wrong order, I called and got a robot who connected me to the store, I’m old hold for quite a while (if they don’t take the orders anymore, not sure why I had to hold so long. I tell the guy my order is wrong. He asked me if I wanted a credit, ummmm no I want my pizza. He says they will swap it out for what I ordered. I’m fighting people off the pizza as long as I can, but after another hour I let them eat it. I call back and get transferred, same guy answers and acts like he doesn’t know anything then tells my pizza should be here any minute. 15 min later I get my cold pizza. Great job guys. They even expected me to pay for the pizza I let the co kids eat after an hour. Why did you have to remodel Pizza Hutt !!!! I usually order from you.

Eagle menu that is on the website is the worst menu out of all pizza places don't show what you really have don't have names for what you do show going on your website is a pain in the butt

My kids love this place. We order just about every Friday for delivery. The food is always hot and tasty. Delivery drivers are always on time, and really friendly. Not much more to say about pizza delivery, but the PJ in Chester is a good one and we appreciate you.
Just received the worst pizza I've seen in years. Ate one small piece and tossed out the rest. GARBAGE. We're done.

OMG, Delicious Pizza! Large Thin Crust, Extra Sauce, Pep, Sausage, Pineapples, and Mushrooms. I ordered online but realized I forgot to add "Well Done." I started to heat the oven to cover the mistake but then said, let me call the store and see if we can add this. I called, and Ashley answered. I tell you, the most caring and respectful person you could hope for. She added, Well Done, confirmed it, and came back on the phone to let me know it was done and that we wanted you to get your pizza the way you like it. That goes a long way--and let me add when it was delivered, it was EXACTLY the way we liked it. Thanks, Ashley, and we will be coming back after to Papa John's, Chester, and Virginia; you all nailed it because of you. v/r, Dr. K. King

The employees are friendly the pizza is always hot
This papa John’s has been doing a good job. At one point, I did not enjoy ordering from this location. But now- Honey the pizza has been on point every time! Hot, cheesy, made with care! Wings are good, could be better but I enjoy them. I’m so glad that they have stepped their game back up. Coming from a pizza lover!

The gentleman that took my order greeted me as I came into the store and was so polite. The pizza was made while I waited and he brought it out to me and was polite at that point too. Store location was clean, the staff was nice and the food was delicious.

This delivery experience absolutely sucked. We got a text over half an hour ago, saying our food was on the way. We live just a few minutes from the store. Called the store to see what was up, and they offered a meager, "it left the store, it's on the way," with nothing else. I'll stick with the other pizza chains going forward. Definitely not worth the $30 paid.
