The papa bites are always undercooked, i order form here pretty often because my kids like the pizza, but everything else that requires baking is never actually cooked all the way.

I placed my order, waited an hour, pizza was delivered. I received the wrong order, I called and got a robot who connected me to the store, I’m old hold for quite a while (if they don’t take the orders anymore, not sure why I had to hold so long. I tell the guy my order is wrong. He asked me if I wanted a credit, ummmm no I want my pizza. He says they will swap it out for what I ordered. I’m fighting people off the pizza as long as I can, but after another hour I let them eat it. I call back and get transferred, same guy answers and acts like he doesn’t know anything then tells my pizza should be here any minute. 15 min later I get my cold pizza. Great job guys. They even expected me to pay for the pizza I let the co kids eat after an hour. Why did you have to remodel Pizza Hutt !!!! I usually order from you.
Eagle menu that is on the website is the worst menu out of all pizza places don't show what you really have don't have names for what you do show going on your website is a pain in the butt

My kids love this place. We order just about every Friday for delivery. The food is always hot and tasty. Delivery drivers are always on time, and really friendly. Not much more to say about pizza delivery, but the PJ in Chester is a good one and we appreciate you.
