Pietro's Italian restaurant has been a go-to pizza spot for not only Chester natives but get visits from surrounding counties from time to time as well. The owners Vincenzo Altadonna have kept this Chester Italian gem not only just above water but thriving for at least 20 years. They work hard to make their customers happy, as well as serve delicious food. There are a lot of regular customers that are in there every day, or at least every other day faithfully. It's a very laid-back place to eat good pizza and spaghetti and other Italian made dishes. They even have chicken and hot dogs and cheeseburgers for the kiddos. They have pizza specials once a week, but the pizzas are already reasonably priced. This is definitely somewhere you want to stop and eat if you're just passing through. Vincent will always greet you like your family if he present. The service has been slow sometimes on Friday and Saturday nights when they're absolutely swamped with hungry people. But other than that they are prompt and friendly, and they pay attention to detail, making sure your meal is served hot, and delicious.

Very fast. Not my style, but still good. I would recommend ordering extra time in the oven if you like more crispy toppings. Staff was kind.

Fun drink options. There are lots of sports on to watch which was cool. The food was good. They are short staffed but tried very hard to make sure everything was good! Loved the bread!

Such a cute local place! Ordered the Pietro's Philly Cheese Steak and Chicken Alfredo. Not the best cheese steak or chicken Alfredo, but excellent for what it was. The best thing on the menu is their pizza. I've had it a bunch and it's been perfect every time.

Just ordered a sub and fried mushrooms specifically asked if the mushrooms were in the bag they said yes it’s in with the sub I get home no mushrooms. Call Pietros and they said oh no look in the bag. Sometimes the bag is small. You might not see it. I said there’s no mushrooms in my bag put me on hold goes back and said oh the cashier made a mistake. They put the mushrooms on the sub this is the workforce we’re dealing with.

It was great coming back, the pizza was delicious. Will definitely be back for more.

Great food, great prices, their meatball sub is amazing!!!

Prices were crazy for food/toppings that were clearly canned / small portions.

A total tab of $70 after tip got me a small pizza, some spaghetti, a salad with two slices of salami and two olives on it, and some wings.

The chicken wings were breaded and soaked in a different sauce than we ordered (who does that??) and the entree salad had bad lettuce and hardly any toppings.

We didn't send anything back because if we did, it would have been everything but the spaghetti.

Also the older men at the bar were being pervs to the young bartender. Get it together, boys.
