Pizza hut always gonna win , it's a child hood favorite, but at some point they need to bring back what missing , that early 2000s ingredients that made them special

I love this location but absolutely hate that everytime I order delivery it has to come from door dash. This is the second time ive had my food be stolen or delivered to the wrong address. I wish pizza hut would invest some more money into their driver's because door dash absolutely sucks. It brings the food quality down every time.

Extremely upset! was turned away for the buffet 40mintes before it ended. This is no way to run a buffet! Normally if a restaurant had a buffet they just stop putting food out after the end time. It was only me and my husband not like it was a ton of people in my party ! I can’t believe they did this so it probably doesn’t matter to whoever sees this at this location , but I will never come here again and I will bad mouth this location as long as I can . So hopefully customers will see this review and be warned if you get there before 130 and they tell you no. At this point I didn’t even want to order off menu because I figure they don’t want my business. Isn’t it a plus though for them if you get there late and pay the price of all you can eat and don’t have the time to eat a lot !? I eat out a lot and I mean a lot this has never happened to me ! This was down right ridiculous !

The Pizza was cold and they didn't send the correct drinks. I was offered to have to the pizza remade and to pick it up - but due too the time of night I asked them to credit it and I would come another day. I try to order the pizza another day and was told that I only received a $20 credit for the entire order.

Food is okay if your a customer. But DO NOT IREPEATDO NOT GET A JOB HERE. Management communication is atrocious and they will fire you and the only way you find out is be an auto generated email. Reason for termination someone hit my vehicle and was asked if I could work inside. I said yes and gave my availability but never heard back then found out they had terminated me.

I ordered honey barbecue boneless wings, not chicken nuggets. Where's the honey barbecue? I have to order extra sauce every time because they don't put anything on the boneless wings. Ordered cheese sticks as well. Also have to order extra marinara sauce because instead of the large sauce it used to come with, it comes with a smaller size that's enough for about two cheese sticks. Ordered through the app ahead of time and scheduled delivery. Order was late.
