Food is fine at this location… however if Pizza Hut doesn’t offer/sell personal pan pizzas .. then stop advertising you do… not one single location in Chester or Chesterfield will sell me a personal pan pizza .. day or night … I have to go to Target in Chester if I want a personal pan pizza even then those employees never have any ready or have their Pizza Hut counter closed when store is open .. but this location is fine no problems except never a personal pan pizza .

This pizza hut is the best I have had from the franchise and I have been a customer for years. Always consistent, made with care, and delicious. The staff is usually friendly as well. Tell the management to fix the staffing issues. I miss my late night cravings the new hours are not good. I have had to try other locations since the hours and I was highly disappointed. We need the best to get back on track.

Girl up front taking orders tells a guy right in front of me his order he’s placing will be 15 minutes. Then i get up and my order that was placed 15 minutes before i got there has no estimate and will not start it anytime soon. Honestly a joke of a store

The service is very poor When you get to the store they will tell you to wait 30mins more and after 30mins they will tell you again to wait another 30mins.. when I was there waiting for my order a lot of people canceled their order. I hope the company will do something about it
