Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I had the unlucky pleasure to come to this Popeyes.
It wasn't time to close but they had the doors locked and my order was sitting there on the counter getting colder. I asked the woman to hand me my orders and she was sitting right there by the door waiting doing nothing and she told me no they were closed and that's what you still got 15 minutes she said we are closed...
I asked you again please hand me my dinner and she was like we're closed, it's already paid for and I'm hungry and need to eat..

He started calling out for a manager to come unlock the door and under her breathe she was snarling. I won't be back!!!🙏

my only problems were that they were two toilets and an employee was in there in one of them for at least 20 minutes and the other toilet had an old person in it and when I came out there was urine all over the toilet

I just left this location. I ordered a kids meal and my fries had so much salt on them. You could actually see the grains of salt all the way at the bottom of the container even the Chicken strips were covered in salt. I’ve never had this issue. It’s like they put salt in the to go container. This is crazy!

Food has always been pretty good here, no complaints about that. However, the manager needs some training. We asked for no canes sauce on the sandwich, they put on canes sauce. So we called and the manager offered to come back and the meal would free, awesome, right? No, we came back another day and ordered like usual. Let the lady at the cash register know that we had a free meal, so she called the manager over. Not sure what she was dealing with, but she came up the window and yelled “You were supposed to come in.” So as soon as a we thought they made everything right, they did a 180. We were never told once to come in to receive the free meal, so not sure what she was on. Its also pretty redundant to tell a customer to come back another day for a free meal, but make them get out of their car and walk in. Manager needs some help learning what customer service is

Food was good, always good but again service and the they handled things not properly or professional they had to charge me twice on my order because and didn't get my extra cane sauce, they still need help on the service and how they handle food. First the one on Midlothian va,and now the on chester va.
