We had a really nice dinner on the patio. Everything was amazing! We got the pretzel as an apprised and calamari. Both were fabulous. The fried shrimp were huge and tasty. My husband got the tacos and he really enjoyed them. We will not wait so long to go back!!!

When I say this is the best fresh seafood restaurant in Chesterfield, County.
I consider myself VIP...lol
I always get the Linguine seafood pescatore with the white wine sauce.
Yum and delicious everytime.
And don't forget to add that spinach, strawberry salad.
I've tried a lot of items on the menu and it's always delicious.
If ever in the area, please stop by and see for yourself.

I ordered a Shrimp Po Boy with French fries and Cole slaw. The shrimp po boy comes on a fresh soft roll that is sourced from a bakery. The shrimp are plump and fresh. The tomato slices are generous and fresh. The bacon is crisp and delicious. The cheese adds a nice texture and pop of color to the sandwich. The French fries are the frozen kind, which is sad because a great shrimp po boy deserves some fresh cut French fries. The Cole slaw is good. It’s finely chopped and served in a light dressing that showcases the quality of the slaw. The hush puppies are a bit of a disappointment. They are small, bland and a bit on the small side. There weren’t any discernible flecks of seasoning in them when cut down the middle.

Our server was attentive, brought drink refills and asked if we were doing well. This is a Pepsi product establishment. Pepsi Zero is on offer, which is not too bad but I’d prefer a nice Coke product. The iced tea was good and served with all the usual sweetener options.

The ambience is nice. The dining room is kept very clean. There’s a large aquarium in the center of the restaurant. The restrooms are individual, clean and well-stocked. My dining companions had a crab po boy and a chicken po boy. Both of them noted that there wasn’t much meat on their sandwiches.

We had a wonderful experience today for lunch. Our server Riley was very attentive and on top of things. We loved their outdoor space and it is dog friendly. We will be back!!

We had a wonderful experience. I am celiac and there was a wide range of clearly marked gluten free options (including oysters Rockefeller, she crab soup, and clam chowder). The patio is beautify and our dogs were very much welcomed with a water bowl that they refilled multiple times. My husband got the fried oyster basket, I got the oysters Rockefeller, she crab soup, and a beet salad. Our daughter loved the choices on the kids menu. Everything was excellent.

While in town for baseball with my wife and youngest son. We decided to try Riptide’s because of all the great reviews. It didn’t disappoint! The food was amazing and only bested by the service. Char’Netha was very hospitable and made some great recommendations!

My mom and I went the other day because we had a taste for some seafood. We ordered the gator bites, they were overcooked to the point where they were dark brown and tough, almost inedible. The crab dip was okay. It could use a little less emphasis on cheese and more crab. She had the seafood platter. It was okay. I ordered the ribeye and a crab cake. I asked that my steak be cooked medium. It was not. It was well done. On top of that, it had an inordinate amount of fat. At least one third of it was fat. I had to cut around the fat to get to the meat. The steak was also cut very thin. I believe that they can do a better job of scrutinizing what cuts of meat they serve to the customers. If it's super fatty, grind it up and mix it with the ground beef for burgers. Don't serve a customer a steak that has more than a big handful of fat. That's something you can see well before you grill it. There's no value in paying that much (over $30) to have to sift through fat that should have been trimmed.

Food is mediocre at best. They don't know how to shuck oysters, the fries are frozen and over fried, the charro beans have zero seasoning. The service is horrible. We had to ask for everything, ketchup, tarter sauce, cocktail sauce. Stay away. A fish sandwich from McDonald's is so much better than this place.

My name is Ernest Armstrong. The food has always been awesome for the 16 years that I have been coming.The owners Husband and wife are amazing , Debbie is amazing all the owners children are amazing. I been bringing my daughter since she was born for 8 years. The waitress was amazing. I ordered 3 shrimp tacos like I always have done for years.i ate 1 and a half and started to taste like it had been sitting for a little bit in the back. So I shared with the waitress and she was so kind about it. Then here comes the manager on duty today and says I can only give you 1 taco because have eaten 2 . I replied I did not eat 2 tacos it was only 1 and a half was eaten. The moral of this review is I been coming for 16 years and have never sent back anything to the kitchen. I just wanted 2 tacos and he denied me and was insinuating I was lying telling me no you ate 2 tacos. You imagine going back and forth with a manager like by giving me 2 tacos would hurt the business. It was not about the tacos it was about the respect . He should of never come back to me to tell me he can only give me 1 taco. Just go make 2 tacos because I am a V.I.P.customer. I am going by the owners other beautiful location to share my experience with this manager. Never go back to a customer and mention something as small as that . Just order the kitchen to make me 2 tacos. And then the manager guy says I remember you I will tell Debbie you came by. This goes further than Debbie. I remember when Debbie was a server. This is my relationship with the owner and their children. Thank you for your time .

Y'all are all amazing! I watched the staff and management work well and efficiently. All smiles and working together to clear and clean tables and serve customers. This seemed like a lunch rush and y'all just worked through it beautifully. It made my day! Thank you!
