Booked the back room on a Saturday night, for 21 people.. The food was great! Everyone got something different. Tiffany was our waitress. She was awesome! Everyone was happy with the food and the service was outstanding!

This is the 2nd time we’ve tried their pizza and have had the same 2 issues. 1) Very limited toppings 2) Large bare spots with no toppings. Wish they would take the time to spread out the toppings and not throw a handful in one spot.See picture….maybe 2 or 3 pieces of hamburger on the entire pizza! The rest is mushrooms.Don’t think we’ll be trying this place a 3rd time.

The food was great, I ordered the appetizer of calamari and the Italian salad. Our server, Tiffany, was very nice and patient. However, I don't think I would come to this Rosa's again. The atmosphere was uncomfortable. My friend and I were the only people of color that were present in this location. When we came in, about half the patrons kept staring at us. The hostess walked us past multiple empty tables and seated us in an empty backish area where there were no other customers until a party group was later seated nearby. I'm not sure if it's like this all the time or not, but I've learned to trust my instincts when I'm uncomfortable. Ultimately, I took my salad to go instead of enjoying it in the restaurant.Parking: The parking lot is not very large and unfortunately when we came here, there were about three large pickups and a minivan that were parked in a way where they took up two parking spaces. I had to park in the neighboring business's parking lot.Kid-friendliness: It seems like it would be kid friendly. There is a large television present, perhaps families could request a child friendly program on it.

Giving props to Katie because she seems to be the only person who will help out. Stood there for about 10 mins while several employees watched me and didn’t open their mouth to acknowledge my presence/see what I was there for (standing at the to go side). One employee even walked around to that side, saw me, and didn’t part her lips. Not sure when basic customer service went completely down hill, but it’s disgusting. Tasteless and absolutely disrespectful.
