Our DoorDash Order was missing items. The food was ok, a little bland.
Ordered two Regular BBQ deluxe 1 side meals.
Only one deluxe container with a side, the second sandwich just shoved in a bag with the sauce, and no drinks.
So paid almost double for what we received. Won’t be ordering here again.
It was very good. I would definitely go back again..

Staff friendly, very casual and layed back. Not in a rush but prompt. 90 min from closing and still family's coming in. They needed a little help clearing tables with two servers very busy. It delayed new patrons. They didn't seem to mind. The Brisket was wonderful, fork tender and delicious by itself or with one of three BBQ sauce provided. The baked beans and potato salad made a good balance. Three small hushpuppies seemed like and after thought. Did tast good but a home made biscuit would be better or a larger hushpuppy that had substance vs fried outside and no middle. Everyone walked out full and satisfied.. go try it!

This is a great place to come for a HUGE CLUB Sandwich just after the Noon Lunch crowd has gone away. It is LARGE enough for you to eat two sections, plus about half of a side, then you will have room for a dessert. When back home, you will have the rest the of sandwich and side to eat around 8 or 9 PM, about an hour before going to bed for the night, which will help you to fall off to sleep, if you hate trying to do that on an empty stomach.
The staff is a pretty cool collection of characters; each one of them is seasoned enough to make the circuit of their customer's tables about every five minutes, AND since the dining area is open to view from every spot on the floor, the waitstaff can usually see when you will be in want of something.
All of the take-out food is good; the CHEF SALAD will do you very nicely for two full meals, or possibly three if it will be a garnishment for a steak or several pork chops. On Thursday, the Beef Brisket Tacos are catching on as a town favorite.
Last but not least, in the Summer, they will have various renditions of Fried Green Tomatoes; which can come as a side, or on a sandwich. As for the desserts, you should give a try for the BlackBerry Cobbler with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream.

Sibley’s BBQ is a flavor-packed gem that serves up Southern comfort with serious skill. We kicked things off with the hot honey wings appetizer—easily one of the highlights of the night. They were sticky, sweet, with just the right kick of spice to keep you reaching for another. Perfectly cooked and glazed to perfection.
The rib platter was fall-off-the-bone tender and deeply flavorful, while the pulled pork was soft, juicy, and full of smoky goodness. Every bite felt like a hug from the pitmaster himself.
The portion sizes here are no joke. We left with a mountain of leftovers that somehow tasted even better the next day. And just when we thought we couldn’t eat another bite, we were talked into the cobbler dessert. Let’s just say it made me reconsider everything I thought I knew about being diabetic. Worth every bite, and then some.
Sibley’s nails the BBQ experience—delicious food, hearty portions, and comfort that sticks with you long after you’ve left.

Delicious BBQ that hit the spot. My company and I order the jumbo pulled pork sandwich and the regular pulled pork sandwich. They both came with 1 side, the baked beans were excellent and I got the Mac n cheese, which was homemade with heavy whipping cream, white cheeses and yummy. At the table they have their homemade sauces if you want to put it on your bbq. The sauces range from North Carolina vinegar, Virginia red sauce and their sweet and spicy sauce. The waitress was kind and attentive. She definitely deserved the gracious tip we gave her. If you have a hankering for bbq definitely go here. Enjoy, like we did!

We live like a mile away and never went there till recently. Very clean. I've had the smoked pork and catfish. Baked beans, hushpuppies, collards, slaw all good. Good prices too.
