The brisket was so tender and had a great flavor. Hushpuppies could have been bigger, but were good nonetheless. Large portions for a fair price and the staff was just so friendly.

I placed a to go order on January 18th 2025 upon arriving at the establishment.The young women that were servicing me were extremely nice and professional. However, when I got the order back. (Needless to say I live way back in the country). They had not given me 2 of my sides I had ordered; and it addition, the pork chop dinner was the worst thing I've ever tasted. It was dried out in the middle. It did not in any way shape, or form look like the picture on their website. And it was thin it says a thick cut. Trust me , when I tell you people it is a thin cut of dry meat. I will never order from Sibley's barbecue again and people I would suggest that you don't either. For as much as they charge for their items. And then for these items to be dried out, thin cuts is ridiculous.. I didn't even like the barbecue.It was horrible too.The cole slaw was good and the baked beans weren't too bad.However, this place is awful.They need to go back to before it was burned down

Let me start positive. The service and staff were absolutely perfect, smiling, explaining the menu, even added extra sauce before I asked. The atmosphere was a nice hometown non-chain vibe. The only reason for the 4 star here is everything a patron opened up the front door I saw a poor couple near the front jump with the cold air coming in.
The food. I ordered a brisket platter with baked beans and Mac and cheese for the wife and a brisket / pulled pork platter with mac and cheese and slaw for myself. The sides were good, the hushpuppies were good, the meat not so much. The brisket was very tender but very blank, almost like they cooked the brisket sous vide and just broiled the lack of bark on for 10 minutes. I expected smoked brisket and this was never smoked and lacked flavor. My wife who NEVER uses bbq sauce put some on her brisket and said I could have the rest, which she has never done before. Now for the pulled pork. Again, zero smoke, zero flavor, zero seasoning, zero bark, extremely dry, tasked like and old porkchop left in the fridge for too long. They either cooked the pork un a crock pot or sous vide, even the sauce couldn't help the pulled pork, extremely disappointing especially when the meal cost $50 all together. This was our first time and our last, there can be zero redemption from this culinary experiance disaster. If you like bland meat then go for it, if you like traditional bbq, this is NOT the place

Place looks great clean and not overwhelming the waitress Kari was excellent my glass stay full and my table stayed tidy the food was delicious pulled pork was tender falling apart same as the brisket the waitress really made my experience there wonderful 10/10 would recommend and will return
My husband is active duty military. He called this place to see about catering a promotion ceremony. He is originally from another country so he has an accent. The person that answered the phone hung up on him. When he called back they said, what do you want? I find this very rude and we will not be doing business with them. Thank you!

Watch out them sandwiches are huge! Delicious and you will be stuffed. Jumbo pulled pork slaw the steak fries and on the tater salad.
