The outside veranda was very dirty. Therr was trash on the tables. The tables were sticky and needed to be washed additionally there were no trash cans outside and inside the trash cans were completely full for over an hour their service is very good but the experience there was not

We have gone to this starbucks multiple times since it is directly off 95 and could be a nice and quick detour. Except its never a quick and easy detour, the line is always through the parking lot here. The baristas always have an attitude about your order and why you need to be charged extra for any request, yes a billion dollar company is asking you to pay more for simply not asking for a drink full of ice. Starbucks is one of those companies this is so disconnected from reality and only belongs in big cities. So many better smaller businesses you can get coffee or drinks from, 7 Brew is a great alternative. Starbucks prices and water down strategies are ridiculous to the point where they are losing loyal customers of over 7 years. Starbucks and all these other companies should learn to be like Costco

I ordered my drink in the drive through & when I got to the window - they attempted to hand me the wrong drink. I advised them of my correct order & they proceed to discuss with the window open how annoying I was for the inconvenience / how they definitely typed in my order right so I was lying. When I got my drink, I noticed a drawing with 2 dollar signs and a tongue... drawing might’ve been funnier on literally any other day but Memorial Day.

They got the correct drink but was nothing but water bo caramel except on top, soy taste just like milk/creamer will never be back
There was no womens bathroom. They had 2 bathrooms both of which had a men/woman combo sign on. Did not feel safe. Didnt have french vanilla coffee or flavoring which is the most popular flavor. The coffee was made in front of me yet was luke warm. This visit reinforced my opinion Starbucks is highly over rated
I am highly disappointed always prefer this Starbucks did any other but today they made my latte incorrectly can I pay for extra pumpkin spice didn't taste like pumpkin spice at all specs for pumps of caramel in caramel drizzle in the cup did not receive either just tastes like coffee with nothing in it no pumpkin spice taste no, Carmel taste at all very disappointed with the outcome did not go back in and went to the one near my house Starbucks and got me a gingerbread oak milk chai latte 😋

I usually have a great experience at this location but today going through drive thru around 230 the lady was very rude , no hello , no thank you , no type of friendliness she just looked angry , also gave me a mashed up cold pastry after asking can it be remade she caught an attitude. I usually spend a lot of money here because they do great with their service but today just was not a great experience

I’ve been here twice, and had the same issue. Placed a pickup order on the app. Somehow they miss items and after 15 minutes of standing at the counter they say are you waiting for something? I then have to remind them of the item(s) I’m waiting for. I don’t know what’s causing these hangups, but I hope they get their system figured out.
