My 9 year old Granddaughter and I went here on a Saturday. She ordered 3 different goodies (a cookies and creme cake pop, a brownie, and a big chocolate chip cookie) and an iced coffee drink....not sure what it was called. It had extra caramel drizzle and whipped cream. I tasted it, and it was delicious. I had a piece of walnut loaf bread and a hot coffee drink that had cinnamon in it. I can't recall the name of my drink either. I wish I had gotten the same drink my Granddaughter had gotten. Mine was okay, but hers was definitely better. We dined inside, and it was very quiet. The young man who took our order listened attentively and gave us both what we described. We did ask him for his suggestion from our description.

I would give five stars because this is a great Starbucks, however eight out of 10 times that I go there they don’t have something whether it’s a flavor for a drink or a food item. So that is very frustrating and I am sure this is not on the restaurant because it could be due to a shortage, but When things are missing, it is frustrating as a customer if that’s something you want and they never have several items that I order each time I go. For example, today they did not have the peach purée to make with the green tea peach drink. Anyway! Everyone here is always friendly. I usually go through the drive-through so it’s a breeze when I am able to go.The falafel wrap I had this morning was great! The two bars that helped me at the window or super friendly and courteous, and I even purchased a new cup to add to my collection.

It appears this is a newer Starbucks location. As with any Starbucks, you generally know what to expect, but the customer service I received was exceptional. This positive experience with the staff is the primary reason for my 5-star rating.

Super clean, quite and amazingly awsome staff. Honestly was my first time In a Starbucks to get my wife a drink. Staff were very patient and kind to me when I had no idea what I getting. Thanks yall. Ps, best iced coffee I've ever had. 😋 keep up the work.

This location definitely lacks customer service. I'm the only person in line, and the associate refuses to take my order so she can make food orders. Terrible!

I planned to sit indoors, however, it was sweltering hot. The A/C does not work, which is unlike any Starbucks, and it was 75° outdoors. My drink was good, but could not enjoy it indoors w/ tablet.
Unreliable hours. Online and on the door it says open 6am-7pm on Sundays. We came at 4pm and they were closed with no explanation.

I paid $7 for a grande just for it to not be filled all the way. This is ridiculous, only filled slightly above half!! It’s too expensive to not get all of what you ordered.

Food is par for the course. It's ok. Nothing to write home about. It's what Starbucks serves. Coffee profile: the usual Starbucks char burnt beans blend.
The scone was a mouth full of dryness and flour as if it's been sitting there a long minute. The coffee cake was good.
Service is always average to not that good at this place. I ordered food to be warmed up but by the time I get a plain black small coffee the food will be ice cold. A 10-word foo-foo coffee-like drink would have been quicker.
What atmosphere? Music so loud you can't hear the small voices call out orders.
I do like the seating. Inside and out looks nice and is comfortable. I got to say something good in this.
But this is how it always is here whether it's busy or slow. Faces on baristas look like they'd rather be anywhere but here. It's a brave new world of "I don't give a cr@p service because 6 hours of work like sl@v3ry."
Why do I even spend a dime here? Convenience only. I have to park my vehicle here. Thank God that's coming to an end this week. I can take my business elsewhere.
