Just like most Starbucks the drinks were made pretty fast we went around lunch and had a good little breakfast meal together the staff was courteous and the drinks were above average good experience overallParking: We parked at Walmart and walked over there was plenty of parking even at lunch time

It is so sad when you walk in to an establishment and 5 employees make eye contact and NO ONE acknowledges you until a caucasian lady walks in behind you. This world is so sad. The only reason why they acknowledged me then is because I was in front of the Caucasian lady. If you don’t enjoy your job find something else to do, but don’t ruin someone else’s good day!

I've gone there a few times, and it's hit or miss really. Eric is pretty nice. But I've often gotten the wrong drink order recently. I've been ordering the CREME Apple Crisp Oatmilk Frappuccino, but I'm usually handed a fully blended drink that tasted like a Chai with absolutely NO Creme in it.The first time it happened, I was on a lunch break and went back to the counter and asked for it to be remade. The girl who made the drink was apologetic about making it wrong, stating that she realized as she was handing it to me that it was the wrong order, and that she'd remake it. She was a very nice girl, I wish I'd caught her name. At the time she was shy bc she was new.However, another girl quickly came to her side and tried to argue with me about my drink, and told me that the Oatmilk is brown, which is why my drink was brown. I told her that I ordered the creamy one, and that the one I got was not the creamy one. She asked me if it tasted at all like the creamy one, and I pointed to the blended Chai I got and said "No, this is not creamy." it wasn't even visually the same!!! She took the wrong drink from the first girl and set it back on the counter in front of me, then remade me the correct one, but had such a nasty attitude about it.Since then, I've gotten handed the wrong drink several other times. I know it's the wrong drink because not only is it visually different and it tastes different, but I've gone to 5 different Starbucks locations and each one has made the Creme Apple Crisp Oatmilk frappe the way I know it's meant to be.If you're a baristas at this location reading this review, please learn the difference between a murky brown Chai drink and a creamy apple drink. :( because I absolutely hate the drinks I'm getting handed to me.
