I came around 7:10pm and got out at 7:40pm. I came in and girl gave an attitude infront of the customers telling the young boy to stop washing dishes and fill up the bread. Which he did with no attitude. She ended walking out leaving him alone knowing there was still customers waiting he ended up attending all of us with a polite attitude. I understand he might not be fast but I give props to the boy for not giving her an attitude and letting him do everything by himself. I walk out and she’s outside on her phone. She did not look professional at all!!!!

Friendly workers. Fresh vegetables (ya know... Sometimes places want to be holding on to those veggies about two days too long, but not here... They were fresh.) great value for a quick healthy meal.

Im the type of person who wouldn't send food back if it was wrong unless it was inedible/allergy-related.

This place was absolutely awful from the food to the staff. Good luck not getting food poisoning too because they did not have ANYthing (I'm talking meats, cheeses and toppings) covered. There were flies hovering around half the food.

My husband and I stopped here on our way home for a quick bite. As soon as we walked in we saw the two employees slouched at a table doom scrolling on their phones. Shouldn't be surprised. They said nothing to us as they trudged behind the counter. We ordered, paid and threw the food away when we got home.

I ordered a 6inch tuna, no cheese and not toasted. The bread was hard as a rock. Seriously, you could tell he did not want to be at work and the quality of my sandwich was horrible. The bread was from like 2 days ago. This subway has definitely gone downhill. Sad.

I always come to this subway on my way to work now granted I was running a little late got there in line at 6:17pm. There were 2 people in front of me waiting to be helped 2 people working behind the container. 1 worker helping a customer with his 3 subs but she was taking her time the other guy was laying some out in a containers and put in the oven I guess, I don’t know but I do know he ain’t take the next customer order until he was finish doing what he was doing. 6:24 he takes the next customer order she oreder a BLT sandwich I did hear her say that. Now at this point I did NOT see him change his gloves from his previous task before he started making her sandwich. Now at this the other employee is making the lady sandwich in front of me. So this young man says I can take the next order looking down at my phone for the time it’s now 6:34 same gloves I said can I get a sweet onion chicken teriyaki footling sub on an Italian herb cheese bread. He starts to make it ask me which cheese I told him he said toasted I said yes please and then he walks away from the line to go into the walk in refrigerator to get more containers of food I couldn’t see what it was but I do know he used them same gloves to touch the handle….smh. 😩🤦🏽‍♀️ now I’m standing beside the lady in front me and she asked me “did she change her gloves after ringing up that lady online order I told her ma’am I don’t think so so she did ask her if she could change her gloves and she did it. But it was too late for me at this point I was ready to go I didn’t even want the sub anymore I don’t like to waste money and I paid $12.00 for and didn’t even get every thing wanted on it. So disappointed first time EVER having a problem like this but if I get sick 🤢 I know why I’ve praying over my sandwich since I got to work 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️😩😔 something told me to go to WaWa. Always know people are watching you when it comes to our food. Lawd have Mercy 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I ordered a Steak and Cheese thru DoorDash. It had onions on it in which I did Not order Onions nor would I ever because I cannot have them. I got sick off of it. I am completely miserable because I have been throwing up and DoorDash is giving me the runaround. Never again.

I understand being busy. I understand online orders may show up before I do. But I don't understand you knowing that we waited in a 20min line, being the last customers in front of you, and you lay out 4 subs to make, instead of helping us....or at the least speaking to us. Saying something....like hey I'm super behind, and I got to make these 1st. We would had been happy to continue to wait. But you couldn't even speak, at all!! White lady working on 12-29-24...she sucked. I'm sure we made her day by leaving. Will not be back.
