I always come to this subway on my way to work now granted I was running a little late got there in line at 6:17pm. There were 2 people in front of me waiting to be helped 2 people working behind the container. 1 worker helping a customer with his 3 subs but she was taking her time the other guy was laying some out in a containers and put in the oven I guess, I don’t know but I do know he ain’t take the next customer order until he was finish doing what he was doing. 6:24 he takes the next customer order she oreder a BLT sandwich I did hear her say that. Now at this point I did NOT see him change his gloves from his previous task before he started making her sandwich. Now at this the other employee is making the lady sandwich in front of me. So this young man says I can take the next order looking down at my phone for the time it’s now 6:34 same gloves I said can I get a sweet onion chicken teriyaki footling sub on an Italian herb cheese bread. He starts to make it ask me which cheese I told him he said toasted I said yes please and then he walks away from the line to go into the walk in refrigerator to get more containers of food I couldn’t see what it was but I do know he used them same gloves to touch the handle….smh. 😩🤦🏽♀️ now I’m standing beside the lady in front me and she asked me “did she change her gloves after ringing up that lady online order I told her ma’am I don’t think so so she did ask her if she could change her gloves and she did it. But it was too late for me at this point I was ready to go I didn’t even want the sub anymore I don’t like to waste money and I paid $12.00 for and didn’t even get every thing wanted on it. So disappointed first time EVER having a problem like this but if I get sick 🤢 I know why I’ve praying over my sandwich since I got to work 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️😩😔 something told me to go to WaWa. Always know people are watching you when it comes to our food. Lawd have Mercy 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I ordered a Steak and Cheese thru DoorDash. It had onions on it in which I did Not order Onions nor would I ever because I cannot have them. I got sick off of it. I am completely miserable because I have been throwing up and DoorDash is giving me the runaround. Never again.
Worst employees ever. Went today. I live near by. Lady literally threw stiff on the sub. Barely put any meat or tomatoes. Wouldn't respond when I spoke. Get better employees. Been coming here for years and the experience is getting worse and wors
I understand being busy. I understand online orders may show up before I do. But I don't understand you knowing that we waited in a 20min line, being the last customers in front of you, and you lay out 4 subs to make, instead of helping us....or at the least speaking to us. Saying something....like hey I'm super behind, and I got to make these 1st. We would had been happy to continue to wait. But you couldn't even speak, at all!! White lady working on 12-29-24...she sucked. I'm sure we made her day by leaving. Will not be back.

How some of these people even still work here is beyond me. Absolutely rude. I would say if you hate your job so much to find another…but if you are this socially inept this is probably the only job you can hold onto. Might want to try a little harder to keep this job because if you are this horrible at this job you won’t last anywhere else. And for anyone else on this review thread wondering… yes I’m talking about the lady that looks like she just came out of the trailer park. I’m guessing you are here to make a complaint about her too.

Don’t bother leaving a tip. If you order online and go to pick it up they won’t even acknowledge your existence. Left a tip and still got attitude from the big white lady with short white hair. Didn’t acknowledge that I was speaking with her… instead she was talking her big lips away with her coworker while the customer was trying to speak. And to top it off I didn’t even get everything I ordered. Hopefully she gets fired because this is getting ridiculous. Has happened multiple times now. Not sure why people should even tip before they get their order. Just gives them reason to not care about the customers experience. I don’t know… maybe this lady just needs to take a walk. Losing weight might do her wonders.

Ordered the #2 Outlaw footlong with 50% more steak.Looked like 6 inch meat, cheese, and toppings on a footlong sub....avoid this place like the plague... Which is a shame because this place use to be outstanding.

It's been a while since I went to Subway. Their menu has changed. I got a foot long steak which was #1 on the board. Got her to add lettuce, onions, tomatoes and mayo. The tomatoes were bland and cut so thin that I could see thru them and tasteless. They're grown in a hot house under artificial light, not outside so the sun can ripen them. That's why they don't taste good. Same thing with the ones you buy at the store. Picked before ripe and left to ripen on their own. And she added so much mayo that I had to scoop half off before I could eat it. It was a sub. Nothing to write home about.
