If I could give it 0 stars I would. We haven’t been to this location in years bc we moved to the other side of town but we were in the area tonight and decided to stop in. When you opened the door, the smell of mildew and old mopping water smacked you in the face. The toppings bar was a complete mess with toppings all over the place and on the floor. The yogurt machines were so disgusting, pretty sure there was mildew in them. If the placed was packed I could maybe give them a pass but there wasn’t a soul in there. The kids insisted on getting something so we let them get something small but when we got in the car they don’t eat it. Threw it away bc it tasted nasty. 🤢

I went there last night (12/23/25) and the restaurant was impeccably clean. It even smelled like bleach and cleaning products. All surfaces were shiny and clean, the floor was spotless, and the toppings bar was well stocked and in perfect order. All of the machines were in working order and pristine.

I had seen a few negative reviews here about the cleanliness and service but my experience was 100% opposite. The employee was perfectly professional. I don’t leave many reviews but their above average cleanliness and readiness deserves a good review here.

I will agree that some of their flavor combinations are a bit odd. I recall mango & cake batter together. Mango would be better with the raspberry-pomegranate (which was combined with the new york cheesecake).

Worst establishment my 17 year old sister was attacked by a customer for closing had ice cream thrown at her and had multiple grown adults outside waiting for her she calls the manager and he tell her don’t call the police no help he didn’t even come check the problem. Keep in mind this is a minor working at 10:00 at night on a Friday this world is dangerous anything could’ve happened I’m so disappointed in this place and will be filing a lawsuit against them for failed safety and security producers

It bothers me that I went out of my way to avoid finding the frozen yogurt.

There was human feces on the bathroom floor. The employee was on his phone and didn't acknowledge us until I spoke to him and was then lacking in friendliness and customer service skills. Also, what's up with not allowing samples? Please don't say COVID because customers have to touch the levers for the yogurt and spoons for the toppings. But the poop on the floor and unfriendliness of the employee is what led us to walk out and most likely to never return.

I Went To This Location To Receive My "FREE" Cup Of Frozen Yogurt For My Birthday. Needless To Say, I Didn't Get It Because Of A Incompetent Individual Working In The Store!!!!!

Worst experience ever. Too overpriced. Place is dirty.
