Christmas Eve they posted their hours that they are open till 7pm. Go in the drive thru at 6:28, teller starts to say “May I take your order” and start to take my daughters order and dropped her and said “Merry Christmas and happy new years. We are closing early “ Order was not taken. Called and spoke with Debbie the manager. She said yea we are closing early. I asked for her bosses name and instructed she won’t be available til Monday. From a customer standpoint point, will not be returning to this establishment. From a GM of a fast food restaurant, might want to check in on those asst manage that think they choose the time to close the store. I popped in on my manager just 30 min before our store closed!!!!!!

It’s been a long time since I went to Taco Bell and now I know why it was terrible. Got the crunch wrap could not find any meat in it. I think I’m gonna be sick never again supreme tacos three dollars apiece. What a rip off my wife hated them They used to be good in the 80s lol

Drove Thru on 13 June 2025, 1:22 pm, order number 162. I ordereda Nacho Cheese DLT Supreme and medium Pepsi, with two mild sauces. Made it to the wondow, young lady takes my card and hands me a bad then my soda and card. She never said hello, you need anything else as the mild sauces were not in the bag. I am glad I checked before leaving the window. The medium Pepsi tasted like a cross between diet Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, and Sierra Mist. I could not drink it on this hot day. It's tge small things that make all things better.

I come to this Taco Bell once a week on busy nights. It’s usually the best one but this past week we spent $60 for two adults and two kids (that’s fine) but every single piece of food had dirty blonde/brown hair in it.. my whole family has black hair.
