I have never ate black pepper chicken like this before anywhere and I have had it at several of the restaurants, but I will advise you to avoid this restaurant

The crab rangoon wasn't the best (it usually is but not this time) but everything else was good. When I got there the lady was on the phone and I couldn't tell if she was speaking to me or not. Plus there were a TON of boxes piled up in the restaurant. If we hadn't of made such a big order, I'd have probably just walked back out. Especially after the way she was acting. We got the orange chicken, crab rangoon, pork & chicken fried rice, general two's and some egg rolls. Everything else but the crab rangoon was good. Not sure if it was the cook's bad night or what because it's usually great. Will I try again, probably yes. However, I don't think they deliver. I believe it's just dine in or pickup just fyi...

Soup isnt fresh, and is actually gross, egg rolls are no good, and there is no air conditioning. Just nasty. Avoid.

Please check the cost of the food that you order, especially during lunch. Had an experience that proved that “ getting the most from your customers that you possibly can” is the cashier’s motto. I order an 8.95 lunch special and the 4 wings with pork fried rice, my total was 27.30. It’s hot as hell outside today, so I’m using their menu as a fan, I opened the menu and noticed that the cost for 4 wings and rice, was around 9.50. I asked the cashier if she charged me that price and she said to me that she thought that I wanted the lunch special. There is no lunch special with 4 wings and pork fried rice, this is actually and option on their regular menu where you can order fries or rice, at anytime !!! Long story short. She refunded me 8.01. My point is, this is your business, you want your customers to be satisfied and to continue patronizing your store, let’s make sure that they are getting the best possible deal for their money!!! Honestly Top China was my second option, I prefer Excel but they are closed on Tuesday’s. Will definitely think twice before I visit this Top’s China again!!!

I used to eat here 2-3 times a week. I haven't been here in a while as my job duties relocated to another area. I posted an EXTREMELY GREAT Review a few years ago... but unfortunately I can't do the same now. Walking in the place you get a bad feeling as it looks like a storage area with stock all over the dining area (which STILL isn't open.) They still have the plexiglass useless wall up from the covid freakout days. The restroom was scary gross, I almost canceled my order after going in there! But, I knew the food was great before... so I took a chance. The lady there used to be super friendly... she wasn't this time, seemed like she was depressed. (In this environment, I understand!) The food was only so-so... the chicken lo mein had kind of a weird taste... hope it was ok- just finished most of it. Last post was all 5 star, I gave a 3 star on food because of the past... today honestly would have been maybe 2.. close to 1. Sorry. Loved the place before, but now it looks like nobody there cares... in that case, close the place! If not, a good cleaning is in order.... yesterday....

The food here is not worth the money. Portion wise it’s great, but I’ve never had dry flavorless fried rice with SOOOOOOOO MANY ONIONS IN IT. There were more onions than meat which was disappointing. The General Tso… not good. I definitely won’t be spending 50 dollars here anymore.

Uses MSG. I ate it for lunch one day got a severe headache. Didn't think anything of it. again for lunch the next day and had a headache again. Omg somebody informed me about “maybe msg”. I went into the restaurant and asked and yes they use MSG. So just be aware.

Ordered wonton soup, general tso chicken, and crab rangoons the chicken was runny and sitting in a soup which I can’t call general tso flavored. The wonton soup was like a regular pasta and made me gag on the first bite. The crab Rangoon were under stuffed and overcooked the lo mein I got tasted old and like its been sitting in a plastic container. If you can spare the extra time go to TOPS CHINA IN HOPEWELL it’s a completely different experience this place should change its name.
