Today i purchased a large shrimp and broccoli. The food did not taste good. I called for a refund and they refuse to give me a refund. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. Terrible customer service and i will definitely not be coming back here.

Nope, not worth your time or money. The lobby's filth should be a clue, but the food proved that this place serves unpalatable food. And don't expect a good attitude or willingness to serve from the staff, ain't happening. Rushing home to get dinner? Try any of the nearby restaurants, this one shoud not be considered.

I love other Tops China, but this one gives it a bad name. The cashier was rude, the spring rolls were hard and tiny, but what got me was the fried noodles. They are so easy to make at the store, but these were definitely shipped. Awful. The ambiance was nonexistent, boxes of ingredients that was ordered, left us curious as what they were used for. Not a good place to get food. They make Tops China look bad.
Full disclosure: I've only been here once and had one type of entree. This is a no-frills take-out restaurant. I had sweet & sour chicken. The rice and sauce were ok, but the chicken pieces were over done/fried and dark brown and some of the pieces had no meat in them. Was not impressed but it was quick and close to the hotel.

3 for 3. All 3 times the food was horrible. Shrimp egg rolls SALTY. Lo mein noodles look and taste like old grease. Orange chicken basic. Shrimps are always small & soggy.

Got the General tso chicken and it wasn’t spicy but sweet and had the wonton soup and my wonton taste sour. The only thing that was good was the white rice. Just moved here and it was my first restaurant off post, and I can say. I don’t think I will be going back.
