The workers are very bored, the service is very bad, it seems that they are bitter because they don't even say hello. The bathroom is disgusting.

There was a point in time where Tropical Smoothie was top tier, now they are absolutely horrible in every aspect of their existence, especially customer service! Tried to support them but never again! Unfortunately can’t give “0” Star Rating so a “1” Star will do!

Went in and no one was behind the counter. Waited for a few minutes. Finally looked in back and saw a guy cutting up something. I asked him if we could get some help and he just looked at me then went back to what he was doing so we left.

Walked in this afternoon. No one was behind the counter. After checking out the menu for 5 minutes, no one had come to greet us or take our orders. My boyfriend finally looked back into the kitchen. There was a guy back there cutting something up and clearly talking on his phone. My boyfriend had to say “excuse me” 4 times before the guy looked up. After the guy looked up, he completely ignored my boyfriend and went back to cutting up whatever he was cutting up. He never came out to greet us or take our orders. My bf said “can you take our order?” And the guy ignored him again. So we walked out. Very frustrating and disappointing.

We came in today around 11:30 just to get a quick bite before running errands. When we came in all of the girls behind the counter looked very miserable. We weren’t greeted or even smiled at. When we approached the counter we said hi how are you. She said fine and that was it. We tried to order one of the new bowls they have and they were out. However, the smoothies they gave us were really good so that’s a plus.

I will never come back this location! The associates working the store are RUDE!!! Upper management NEEDS to make a surprise visit to this location to see how poorly this store is ran.

No sign was up saying that their hours changed for labor day. Manager stated they open at 8am and had an attitude when I asked. Tighten up

My daughter wanted a smoothie yesterday while we were out shopping because I’ve never had a good experience at this location I was hesitant but didn’t want to tell her no I even tried to talk her into sushi or taco bell but against my gut feeling we still go in walk to up to the register it was a mother and her son siting at the bar area and had their food already we were never greeted never waited on no one asked us to give them a few minutes and i believe I saw two to go orders on their screen so not busy at all still trying to please my daughter we wait once the young lady behind the counter started slamming everything she was using I told my daughter come on baby she doesn’t want to make your smoothie and you shouldn’t want to eat behind anyone who has that big of an issue doing their job

I'm only giving 1 star because I had to. I ordered a smoothie online. The ingredients for that smoothie included banana. I requested no banana because I am allergic to bananas. I received it. Popped my straw in and took a nice healthy pull. All I could taste was banana. This is a big mess up.

I ordered here in the last 2 weeks both times I was missing items and food was not made properly. I’ve ordered my food online I’m assuming they were out of certain items and instead of letting the customer know when I arrive I was giving anything. I called the store to speak with the manager to address my concerns she mentioned that they had a sign on the door of all the items they didn’t have in the store. I mentioned to her I ordered online so I wasn’t aware she rudely told me to come back to the store another day to replace my order. I came back to the store 3 days later my club sandwich was missing chicken and my smoothie was missing ingredients. I don’t think I will order from this location anymore.

It's not worth the poor experience to just get something quick to eat. There's sometimes one person who maybe will acknowledge you but you will be a problem because you walked in that door as a customer. They also consistently yell or use profanity, which cool, but it's not a good look in front of customers. You will be talked about in front of your face...for being a person who eats tropical smoothie. Just go to wawa.
Remember it's not personal. The culture there is that it's cool to be rude, hate your job, and complain that there are customers. Don't expect to be treated like a person with feelings. Mobile order at your own risk. Ask yourself if you really really want tropical smoothie so bad that you can't go to another location or somewhere else completely. And the kitchen dirty.

Good smoothies, preparation is not the best, my smoothie was not the full serving. Food preparation is a bit sloppy. Store was clean though.
