Saturday afternoon. Always get the same smoothie. It taste terrible and watered down. People working look confused and unorganized. All of the customers standing around looking annoyed. Some people asking for refunds and the employees saying they are not allowed to. You can see customers eyes blinking repeatedly with smoke sizzling from their ears from being annoyed. This isn’t the employees faults. The leadership is at fault. After that, I’ll stop being lazy and make my own at home. I feel cheated out of my $10 bucks.

Constantly bad, gave them multiple chances. They somehow miss food items when you order so youre left waiting until you have to say something. The one on iron bridge is a lot better and staff actually pays attention

Came in and waited at the register to order for over 10 min with three employees to busy to take care of customers in the store. Needless to say I didn't order and went somewhere where my business is wanted! Thanks for nothing… instead of putting all your focus on online orders pay attention to the people that are still coming into your location

I hardly ever leave reviews but this tropical smoothie sucks! It’s a hit or miss with the food & the smoothies always either taste like straight ice. I brought a smoothie & the fruit in it tasted bad. I had my husband taste it to make sure I wasn’t going crazy! It’s not the first time I’ve gotten a bad smoothie from here! & calling to report or complain never works, but for the price it’s unacceptable

Wish I could give 0 stars. Yeah the place is busy I get that- that’s why I waited patiently at the register but after 15 minutes and not even being addressed- I just walked out. The staff just does not care about walk in customers and someone was next to me too smh At least have the decency to acknowledge a customer …. People had to walk up and get their order bc it would be ready and just sitting there while everyone is sitting around waiting. My worst experience at TSC

Computer was down. Nobody greeted and they all watched me stand at the counter waiting to take my order. Finally someone let me know it was down and I would have to wait until system rebooted to place my order. When I asked how long all they said was I don't know. Everytime I come to this location it’s either slow or inoperable.

The food is sometimes a hit or miss, exp: sometimes the smoothies are great and other times the smoothies taste like ice, however if you present this to staff they are nice enough to correct the mistake when presented to them. The food as well is a hit or miss. One time I ordered a three chicken and cheese and it was not cooked.

This location is terrible everything is usually broken as the employees tell me and they are so fast to just dismiss you just so you will leave fast then there are the slackers who don't wanna be there so they take thier sweet time to get any order done if I was the owner I'd fire the people or have an overhaul on training them to be better and fix the equipment

Sucks that the only tropical smoothie in the area has the rudest service. If yall hate the job just leave but don’t make us waste our money on food that doesn’t come out as order and a bad atmosphere.

Ordered a simple strawberry and cranberry with multivitamin. The cashier put in a Jetty punch with no banana sub cranberry. It came out very light pink in color and tasted of banana. We told them what we asked for and they attempted to remake it but gave back a tasteless light pink smoothie barely tasted of cranberry or strawberry. It was very disappointing since we get this particular drink all the time. The attitude from the staff was also unpleasant. We ended up just leaving and trashing the $9 cup of ice essentially. We are not from the area fortunately so we won’t have to come back to this certain location.

I tried calling in to Tropical Smoothie to communicate about my situation, but the hiring manager was extremely rude and dismissive. I understand that things get busy, but there’s always a way to speak to people respectfully. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected—definitely not the kind of environment I expected.

I will not be ordering from this location again. I placed an order for only one smoothie for pickup. I showed up to pick it up and could not get a staff member to acknowledge me. I could tell they were busy, of course, but I had to actually interrupt someone to get some attention and ask for my order. At that point it was over 30 minutes after my pickup time and my smoothie still was not ready, the employee told me it was still being made. He finished making my smoothie and turned around and set it on the counter behind him, rather than handing it to me, even though I was still at the counter. I had to wait longer and interrupt another person to ask them to hand me my cup. I was so close to just grabbing it myself because the staff wasn’t acknowledging the waiting customers whatsoever. I understand that they were VERY busy but even a simple “we’ll be with you in a moment” is better than being ignored. When I finally did receive my smoothie I was given a messy cup with smoothie dripping all down the sides. I will say the smoothie was delicious but I was not happy with the experience I went through to get it. I thought by ordering ahead on the app it would ensure a quick and easy pickup but I still ended up being late to work afterwards despite placing my order over 30 minutes before arriving to pick it up.
