This was my last time ever going to a waffle House. I really mean it . I paid 50 dollar for eggs and toast. I never felt so ripped off in my life . And the service sucked. I got the sausage. Then 10 minutes later i got the toast and hash browns and then 10 minutes late i got the eggs . God honest truth. Am done.

Really disappointment how I was treated probably won't go back
My waitress was amazing. However, if you like to eat your meal with AC blasting in the middle of January, then this is the waffle house for you. The claim was they turned on the AC because they had an influx of customers, but there should be no reason why AC is on during the winter when it's 20 degrees outside. When I talked to the staff, they said they turned off the AC but I can assure you that it was still blasting on us as we ate. This was my worst experience at Waffle House, and I will never return to this location. My waitress was the best I've had and it's not her fault but this was a genuinely bad and uncomfortable experience and I did not enjoy my cold food at all.

Mindy and her counterpart (didn’t get his name) were fantastic this morning. Sadly, it can’t be more than 60° in here. It’s 17° outside. And the employees aren’t able to wear jackets? Well, maybe management should fix the heat! At least let them wear something to keep them warm if you’re not going to have a safe work environment. Calling OSHA.
