Ever since this Waffle House became a doordash spot, it has become one of if not the worst Waffle Houses ever. I am a doordasher and whenever I go there to pick up an order overnight, it always take forever, usually 20-30 miss for one order. And there are never enough people working. I just went there to pick up an order on Wednesday, and there were only 2 people working. It took almost 25 minutes for the order to be made. That kid with the broken glasses just zipping around the whole store, doing everything. Y'all need to put more people in there overnight! It is ridiculous.

Walked in and could immediately sit down in a clean booth. The server was prompt and courteous.Food was excellent .

I haven't been to a waffle house in years (my early 20's). I stopped by when I had some time to kill in the area. I went on a weekday morning and I was greeted instantly. I sat at the counter and ordered quickly. My waffle and steak melt really hit the spot. The prices were good and it was easy to pay the check as well. I will definitely be going more often in the future!

We arrived on a Sunday morning and waited about 20 minutes to be seated, which was understandable given the sparse crowd. However, we were surprised to find that the restaurant was not very busy. Despite this, the staff insisted on prioritizing taking care of the to go orders over serving customers. The waitress, while seemingly friendly, made inappropriate remarks and used profanity with her coworkers, creating an immature atmosphere. As a small group of us, we decided to split our check. Unfortunately, the waitress’s behavior escalated when she began slamming and throwing pins and a stapler around. Another employee had to intervene and ask her to stop, as her actions were unprofessional. Overall, our experience was quite disappointing.

I showed up about 10 minutes after the notification said my food would be ready. So when I got there I was told my food needed to be “called in”. Confused- I asked “but I placed and already paid for an online order”. Again the employee stated “right it just needs to be called in”. Because I don’t work there and don’t know what that means I asked if there was anything I needed to do. They said no and would call my name when it was ready. 35 minutes after I arrived and 45 minutes after my order was ready and me having to tell them I was missing 2 waffles, I was finally leaving. Never again.
Everything for me was very overly satisfactorily and very professional done..ne er ever seen anything like this..it was off the hook. They are customer oriented
