I've gave this location too many tries and I'm done, they constantly get my orders wrong, don't give out receipts, the food is always old and cold and the staff is unfriendly. You're better off saving your money and getting your food from somewhere else.

We went through the drive thru. Sat for 15 mins at the window, after paying, and waited. Watched out frosty melt while sitting on the counter. Then when the person working, asked us what we had, it turned out the food had been sitting there the whole time, so it was cold, and the frosty was pretty much melted. Will not be coming back to this location.

I got the frosty caramel crunch. It was more like a frosty caramel chew. I suggest putting the heath pieces in at the very last minute, not first thing in the morning. They get too chewy.
The lady in the drive thru was pretty nice. I would go back again.

Worst Wendys I've ever been too. Ordered a pickup order through DoorDash. Was told in the drive through that they didn't have my order. We went inside and they said they didn't have a cashier and everyone needed to come through the drive through. It took more than 10 minutes for someone just to come over so I could show them my order. All they said was thats door dash so it must be delivery. And I showed them that it said pickup and how even if it was for delivery they should have my order. The man who I'm assuming was the manager because his uniform was different from the rest, just walked away. We went through the drive through again, and explained that my order was already paid for and I couldn't get a refund because it's telling me they're already preparing my order. I had the correct address and everything. When we finally got to the speaker they said they finally found our order but tried to argue with us that it was for delivery. And I knew that wasn't the case because the DoorDash app will have you tip the drivers if it's a delivery order, and I didn't have to do that because I scheduled the order for pick up. We waited in the drive through for almost an hour. We finally got to the window and nobody spoke to us for at least 10 minutes. Finally the manager came over and asked if we had the mobile order, we said yes and tried to say the name and detail what we had ordered and he just walked away. While he was handing us our food he said we should've picked it up inside.. we told him we were inside earlier and they told us to go through the drive through.. They were extremely unprofessional, rude, incompetent, and the whole ordeal took over an hour of our time. If I wasn't already charged for it I would've left and went somewhere else. This location is completely ridiculous and I will NEVER be ordering from here again. If it was an option to leave 0 stars I would. When we finally got our food, it was cold.
