Purchased a bake potato yesterday only receive an over cooked one that should’ve been given to me. Also, wasn’t given a receipt for my purchase. I feel that no one should receive something that they wouldn’t want to eat themselves!

I visited here for breakfast, ordering the Baconator while my friend chose the breakfast burrito. The service was pleasant, and the drive-thru area was clean. However, the breakfast burrito was disappointing; the egg appeared to be spoiled due to its slimy texture. Furthermore, the Baconator later caused me stomach upset and illness. While the service and atmosphere were adequate, the food quality was significantly below average.

Burgers was put together like a two year old and fries were cold. Might have been a newbie. Driver thru person was awesome!
Pulled up to the drive-through, they said I’ll be right with you. After 7 minutes, I went to the window where the cashier was rude and said they don’t take orders during shift change. When I finally left, the drive-through was six cars deep all waiting to place orders.

The food was the usual fast food. I had a salad and it was good. The person (male) that was on the register was wearing a mask so you could hardly hear him and he was not very welcoming. He also tried to serve me the frosty that I ordered after taking out the trash by removing his gloves but not washing his hands. When I questioned him he just stared at me while crushing the cup in his hands. He did go and wash his hands finally but I could tell that he was not happy! Working in the medical profession you always wash your hands after removing gloves. I know that he is not working in the medical field but the food service industry has the same rules and regulations.

Customer service is the worst at this location. Every time I have been to this location there's an issue with the food being cold or made wrong. The last visit I used my mobile discount. The cashier told me the discounted rate. The receipt shows the mobile discount was applied. She still charged my card the full price. That was the last straw for me. I won't be going back to this location.

Just drive past her, do not stop. The food is awful, service is the worst and no one seems to really care at this place. It would be better if it was replaced with something else. It's not worth your time people
