Only reason service low they left my 10pc nuggets out I called spoke with Tavia I told her I'll come the next day. Went the next day was told nobody by that name worked there so that pissed me. This order was delivered to my home. Sealed they put the sweet and sour in the bag just not the nuggets but a large order of fries ?

Is there a way I can email a manager? I’m too sick for a phone call but I need to get ahold of someone “higher up” for this specific store asap. (The employees were absolutely phenomenal and the store was spotless, my complaint has absolutely nothing to with them and I appreciate their hard work so much)

The wrap i ate was dry, without flavor and seemed to be thrown together haphazardly. We frequented this particular Wendy's before, but haven't visited in a few months, so something changed i guess. The chili was ok. Also they told us they don't offer grilled chicken anymore.
