I loved Wingstop. I keep going back expecting better. I’ve gone to multiple locations around St.Louis. I guess I’m finally done, I’m tired is being disappointed. They give you options for well done and extra seasoning. It is never well done and very rarely do you get extra seasoning. Just sell me the lemon pepper seasoning and fries seasoning. It’s not worth the money to have your order wrong every time.

I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

They did a awesome job. The food was great and the manger did a amazing job he was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything went right. All of the staff was so nice and willing to help with everything. This was my first time here.

Ordered a 50 piece lemon pepper wings. We received wings with feathers still all over them. Fried up feathers. 😳
Called customer service x3. Sent pictures. Left a message for the store we bought them at. No communication back from customer service or the store.

I ordered only 3 boneless. They literally gave me 15 boneless plus the 3. When I wanted 15 classic. Plus they keep forgetting our sauces on which is expensive af for no reason and mind you we live 40 min away.

I was greeted the moment I went in by 4 different employees who were all hard on the job, and were very nice. The store itself is very roomy, and the food was great! People need to give them a break. If they have long wait times it's because they have a bunch of orders. It's still a relatively new store and I feel like there's too many bad reviews over something petty. Just order ahead online and you won't have to wait as long ?♀️
The wings are good, as usual. We always order online when we are on the way there since it always over 30 minute wait for food (usually more like 45). I always order my husband a regular size drink since he likes coke and I get a cup for water for myself (I dont drink soda). This time I was told that they aren't allowed to provide water cups anymore, that I would have to pay $2.99 +tax for a regular drink to get a cup for water. This is extremely frustrating. I'm spending $50+ every time that I dine there and I have to pay $2.99 for some tap water!?!?! I have never been told this in a restaurant. DO BETTER WING STOP!

we placed a delivery order for wings. This use to be our favorite wing spot. However, this order was AWFUL! I immediately reached out to complain and I was told corporate office would get back to me. The wings had no taste! The hot wings were spicy, but no flavor just HOT! The lemon pepper were sour and no taste same with the honey lemon pepper and the barbecue sauce on the barbecue wings was NASTY! Needless to say $90 later they went to the garbage and everyone kids and adults ate something else. DISGUSTED! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
