The boneless wings are literally nuggets and you get enough fries for 2 people with the 4 person value meal. Was not impressed Wouldn’t order again

The best one in Chesterfield, I don't go to the other one at all too Ghetto, now this one is awesome, clean restaurant, lovely and personable staff , fresh food , this is the only one I order from !!!

The young lady working the counter tonight (10/12/2025) around 9:30 gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received at this location. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, the dining room was clean, my food was ready on time, and my order was correct. She was also bagging and prepping orders while still remaining attentive and professional. For the first time in a while, I felt like I was actually given the service I deserved.

I didn’t get her name, but she had braids and was very professional. If every interaction were like this, this location would have more than a 3.0 rating.

Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.

They didn't give us napkins. The food was good but I went back in to get napkins and they said they didn't have any. So I asked for paper towels and they didn't even have those. This is a wing place with sauces!! Y'all Ned to do better and give your customers napkins a utensils if needed! This was senseless for a restaurant not to have napkin for customers!

Ok, the service here is going down fast. We love wings but they continue to get the order wrong. Was on hold for 45 minutes and know one ever answered the phone. You expect better when you spending your hard earned money. Please do better

I frequent this location about once a week. I have never seen this place run by just one person, until today. The lovely lady behind the counter was taking , making and wouldn't be surprised if she was delivering them by herself too. In my opinion she needs a raise and/or a promotion.

One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!
