This was our first time trying Wingstop. What a disappointment. First we ordered it to be ready at 10pm (after moving all day). He didn’t start making our order until we got there at 10. It was Wednesday night, it wasn’t busy. The guy working there clearly didn’t want to be there, which we can understand, probably isn’t paid that well and the hours suck but at least make the food well. The fries were so over seasoned, a third of them were just inedible from how much salt there was. We got bone in wings which were okay for the most part, but nothing to write home about and one of them was a little too chewy. One of the flavors we got was garlic parmesan and I imagine he wadded the garlic parmesan mix in his hand and just threw it on top while it was in the to-go box. What a mess. Now we know why the ratings aren’t that great, but hey at least the ranch was good. Save your money, it’s not worth it.

I ordered original hot boneless wings and this is how they came. Not tossed in sauce but drizzled in a little bit of sauce. Ridiculous!

We decided to come in and get some takeout a few days ago. We figured ordering in person would ensure our food was prepared to order and would be fresh. When we got our order we checked in the store for accuracy and the wings were cold, and not properly tossed. On top of that we was giving them another chance because previously they left off food in our order and the manager gave us coupons for next time, but in actually these coupons should have been free wings without the need to purchase additional food. I can't for the life of understand why this location is so inconsistent with their service. They seem to take too long, and this last visit left me feeling like I overpaid for some cold untossed wings. The Meadowbrook location is much better for consistency when it comes prompt service, quality cooked and prepared food.

It took 3 hours since I placed a order (over $150) and I called them 11:50 pm to check my order status. The lady picked up my phone said she will check and put me on hold for 10 mins. And then I got the message that they closed at 12:00. (Google said they closed at 1:00 am) She just put me on hold until 12 so they don't have to answer me and explain why my order takes 3 hours and still no food. I don't know who own this place - if you really want to keep business, you probably want to re-train your employees or need a big change. If you don't really care about your business, just sell it instead give inconvenient and bad experiences to other people.
