I’m not one who avidly leaves reviews, but I’ve been compelled to share after so many good experiences here. This is by far my favorite Zaxby’s location from Virginia Beach to outer RVA. The food is always good and the staff is amazing. Also, I don’t know who they have cleaning this store but it’s way too clean to be a fast food restaurant lol. Every time I’ve been it seems like the store grand opening, so cudos to whoever is responsible for that.

The food was great, the decoration was really pretty, and the staff were incredibly kind like they called me sir and were just very nice in general. I also got to see the process of how they switch the syrup cartridges out in the soda machines which was neat. Overall very good restaurant 11/10 would comes back.
Good was great, as always! Tyeisha was super friendly and also suggested the spring rolls (she was right, they were delicious)! Definitely a great experience!! Can't wait to come back down to Richmond so that we can eat here again!!

I have eaten at different Zaxby’s from the one in Chester and always had great service and a great food. This was the first and last time I will eat at the one in Chester. My chicken sandwich was dry and tough. I think they must have left it under the heat lamp too long. My wife had chicken fingers that were so salty that they were inedible and I like salt. Their drink machine only had diet soda, none of the regular sodas of drinks were working. The girl who waited on us was cold and just looked down right angry. What we found might have been an isolated incident but there were so many things wrong that I felt that it could not be a coincidence.
