HAIR IN MY BURRITO? REALLY? My partner brought Taco Bell home earlier from this location, I put my burrito aside for later. The caption on that photo? I didn’t write it, I took the photo and the google maps app suggested that caption because as you can clearly see on that paper towel I put down for contrast, that is a SUPER LONG HAIR COMING OUT OF MY BURRITO THAT WAS IN MY MOUTH. IT IS SO LONG THE REST OF IT IS STILL IN THE BURRITO. DO YOU KNOW WHAT ITS LIKE PULLING A STRANGERS LOOOOOOOONG HAIR OUT OF YOUR MOUTH? I don’t recommend it. It’s pretty gross. What else did I eat that I don’t even know about?!

They were out of everything for my online order and couldnt tell me what I did and didnt have? They said ill have to grab it and guess what I get for an order over $60 in orders. Absolutely would have helped to know because our whole order is wrong and missing everything. If she was nicer about it i would have been fine but being rude AND missing the queso cheese on everything, tomatoes, Baja blast and creams and being rude about it was insane! I am disappointed.

The dining area was dirty. This place never has enough help. The girl that works up front said she was sorry for inconveniencing customers multiple times. But she did nothing to help but walk away. She said she would help in a few minutes and after 10 minutes of waiting I had to order off of a nasty kiosk. The kiosk is not user friendly and several customers who came in to order walked away. Drive thru customers were their number 1 choice.

The soggy taco stuck to the paper and as soon I picked it up the paper ripped the bottom of the taco out dumping everything onto the paper and just made it impossible to eat. My other taco almost did the same thing but I was able to slowly peel the paper back and salvage it but it was so bland and the meat tasted like it was soaked in dish water.

When I showed up to get my order, they were more concerned about drive-through had music blaring through the entire store on a Sunday that is not business or professional music by no means and they’re sneaking over in the corner, smoking on vape pens and completely ignoring customers in the lobby, I do not recommend anyone utilizing this store unless you want bad food and complete rude and disrespectful customer service and they don’t answer their phone because they can’t hear it over top of the music they have blaring you can hear the music in the parking lot before you even go in the building, I think some managers and crew need to be retrained and also need to be taught some respect and professionalism because no one at this store seems to have any professionalism in their body

The service is terrible. I visited the restaurant once and waited over 5 minutes for someone to take my order. I stopped by recently and had the same problem. No cashier just someone running the drive thru. I just left after waiting almost 10 minutes. I won't be back the food is not worth waiting an eternity for.

Ordered a online order and they threw it all in one bag our nachos was all over the place out of the box and everything was so sloppy made. Just ridiculous and poor service as well. Never in my life have we had food so sloppy. It was so bad. No wander the other taco bells have better ratings
