No wonder there is never anyone at this restaurant…if only you could give negative scores, this one would get a -10.
Do the franchise owners know what’s going on here? Judging from other recent reviews, I’m not sure how they couldn’t… This place is a dumpster fire! I had the unfortunate experience of innocently choosing this place to eat today. Expected it to be at least on par with other Taco Bell’s but I was highly overestimating this place as it is far below that standard.
I Went through the drive through and when I got home, found they had left out 5 items, a large portion of the entire $50 order. When I called, the woman was down right belligerent. She say nothing other than “ what’s your name?” I tell her and she then abruptly cuts me off and says, “you’ll have to bring your receipt back and we’ll look at”…” I try to explain that I live 45 minutes away, and cannot just drive back. She starts screaming over me that she won’t do anything without a receipt. She then hangs up on me before I can even respond. No even some much as a “sorry”…
I try to call back for a manager but it’s obvious the call is being ignored. After about 9 calls, someone finally answers. I ask for the manager and am shocked to find that it’s the exact same woman who says her name is Christy. I ask for the franchisees name and she says she doesn’t know who it is and she can’t help me without a physical receipt… I ask why I was hung up on and she says she can’t help it if he phone died lol She then hangs up on me again. I’m now currently out $15 that Taco Bell has for items they simply never gave me. It’s a real shame to watch a place suffer because of people like this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When me and my boyfriend entered the establishment the workers behind the counter was having a water gun fight? Which we laughed off. We ordered our food and as we sat at the literal one table that wasn’t dirty and waited for our food we noticed the staff was eating? With their gloves on? In the work space? And digging in the products with their hands and eating straight out of it? Luckily after 10 minutes (with no one in there) they hadn’t even started our order yet so we asked for a refund. They were using vulgar language towards each other right in front of customers and I have never witnessed something like it. Has to be several health code violations in there.
