The sandwich was wrong in all three attempts. Wrong sandwich. Bloody meat. (Never had that before at Arby's.) Single instead of a double. Ate it rather than wait for 4th sandwich.

I was given the wrong order today. That happens, things get mixed up. I’ve worked a window before so I know how it is. When I pulled back around with the receipt the issue was remedied very quickly. Food was good, thank you.

Three stars across the board, but trust me, that’s not a compliment. If you show up between opening and 2 PM, your food and drink will be spot on. But the moment that clock hits 2 PM and the shift changes, everything nosedives. It’s no longer “Arby’s, we have the meats.” It’s “Arby’s, we barely give you any meat.” No joke. Unless you order the largest roast beef sandwich, you’re basically getting roast beef-flavored bread.
I always get good food i order online because I work in the area so I eat in my car but I never get napkins or never do they ask if u need sauce or anything it's not in the app or online anywhere to put sauces or napkins so I can't order it it's just frustrating when u have to eat in my car!! The food is always good though and it's usually fast service!!

Just made the big mistake that I know better. I trusted you to get my order right at the drive-thru. When I got home, my half of the order was not even close to what I ordered and I had to throw it into the trash. Now I'm hungry and out of the $$ I wasted. The good part is that I learned not to make this mistake again at your restaurant in Christiansburg, or any other Arby's.

The taste of the beef and cheddar was just so so.
