Been going to this bojangles for the past 3 years since I’ve been working in christiansburg and never had any issues with unfriendly staff but they’ve got some new people in there with some real temperament issues. Dude working the drive thru around 10 on 1/22 got mad that I ordered a steak biscuit for a coworker and BEC combo for myself. I drove away to the dude pissed off saying “see how long that took now we are all backed up” sorry to inconvenience you bud but I know you’ve dealt with much worse during a morning rush so next time say “have a nice day” and start making the next persons order without the lip. It’s why you’re at bojangles of all places as a grown man.

I don’t know what happened but over the last couple of weeks the Christiansburg Bojangles has went from one of the best places to pick up to one you can guarantee your order will not be ready. I don’t know if there’s been a management chain or what’s going on, but there’s definitely room for some improvement. I hope they get it back to the level of excellence, it used to be at before the holidays.

Tired giving this location chance after chance why is it the Blacksburg one is way better every single time this location burns the biscuits every time it’s a waste…. This location is closer I would love to try again if I knew they could atleast make the food edible…

We tried almost all chickens tonight tbh I should say that all we had were okay not bad not good. They are also little bit pricey if you compare with other fast foods.
About service everything was so good. They all were so kind and helpful especially Peter who took the order was so thoughtful and solution oriented. Thanks guys.
Changed from 5 to 3 stars. I have seen a significant decline at this Bojangles. They consistently make mistakes in orders, don't give sides or sauces that were ordered, or give the wrong drinks as well as forgetting straws, utensils, napkins, etc.

I went thru the drive thru about 20 min to close at the Christiansburg VA location tonight 9-20-2025. I ordered a cheese and egg biscuit combo with juice and then wanted some booberry biscuits. But thought they'd be old. The young lady taking my order assured me that all of my food would be fresh.. Obviously i figured the biscuit would be older bc i don't expect them to drop a new pan off biscuits just for me right at close. I have to say, from the service of the young lady taking my order, to the young man that brought out my food and even the young lady getting off work i spoke to in the parking lot first, this was the absolute nicest most respectful group of workers I've ever encountered at a Bojangles. They were not bothered by it being closing time and did not treat me like i was an inconvenience to them. They treated me like the store had just opened and they were ready to start their day instead of end it.. These 3 need some definite recognition for their great work and dedication to their customer and best customer service around. So i had to take a minute to make sure i let others know how wonderful they did. I've had many bad experiences late night at restaurants before by the staff just wanting out of there and they don't care about you being happy with your order. But not these 3. So thank you all very very much. I truly appreciate all your kindness and hard work. I had just gotten off work and was exhausted and starving and i enjoyed my food probably better than any breakfast sandwich I've had in years. Keep up the great work. I pray that you are all given some type of incentive for this. May God bless you all, all the days of your lives. Stay safe!

First off, it will probably be the cleanest Bojangles you will ever go in. That's the reason for the 4 star. Food is decent but portion size isn't what it was 8 months ago, Service is alright but they are understaffed, and Atmosphere, being there is a large college near by from time to time you get a group in there that thinks it's a playground. All this being said this is the one we always go to. So give it a try!
