God Bless the manager that let my wife and I in to use the restroom. We had been driving non stop from Richmond VA and we're hungry and needed the facilities. They had just closed the inside so we went thru the drive thru asked where the closest spot was to use the facilities and he said oh no y'all pull around and I'll let you in lol. I don't know how this store is still in business. I stop in every now and again in hopes it has improved, but just gets worse. I waited at drive thru speaker for almost 10 min before ordering taken (no cars in front of me). I asked for. Jr whopper +cheese MADE FRESH. At the window I reminded it I wanted it fresh off the grill and heard the cashier call it back to the kitchen. They asked me to pull up past the window (which I've never gone there and not been asked to do). There is no way the junior Whopper I was given was fresh. Bun was hard, meat was hard and dry. And no cheese as requested. It's just a disappointment every time

The food was good and the people were nice. But I have a child and the place doesn't have any high chairs. They said they got rid of them during COVID. Covid was 4 years ago so I think it's time to stop using that as an excuse.
