It was absolutely terrible, I hadn't been to a Burger King in years and decided to stop in and try a Whopper and some french fries, and that's exactly what I ordered to go. When the bill came it was almost $11 for a single Whopper and medium fries to go so I took it home and when I started to eat it the hamburger was terrible the fries were okay but I knew that I had been ripped off. So I guess you could say I learned my lesson and I won't be returning to Burger King anytime soon. By the way one of the employees must have been on break he was standing outside near the front door spitting all over the sidewalk.

Food was hot for the first time in a while. Other than that, I don't recommend anyone going here. Rude staff that ignored the customers to the point that most of them walked out. Took more than 30 minutes to get a single whopper and they had an attitude serving it aswell. This establishment needs to either shut it's doors, or find the correct people

Every single time I go to this location and I mean every single time we have to wait so long for our food. I always order through the app. When you get to the drive-thru, they ask you to pull out into the street and pull back around and park because your food is not ready. That is an inconvenience. And I would understand once or twice, but this is every single time I have done there.

In my experience, this is the ONLY place in town that serves Hot and fresh fries lately. The woppers have been very good as well. All of the things that I order end up in the bag. For some reason, all this seems like a miracle these days, but it is happening at this BK. Truly the king in this area for the time being.

This is an illiterate restaurant. My customized sandwiches NEVER get done correctly. Add...remove...doesn't matter. I mean, come on! The order is on a monitor at the griddle! If you have allergies, be sure to check your order!

Our food was fresh, we could see them making it. The store overall, though, from the front counter, bathroom & and floors, could've been much cleaner. They were visibly dirty. A dirty front counter will turn patrons away.

I will never eat at the Christiansburg one again .Slow as molasses, the guy working the cash register had his family and friends 5-6 young teens there ,and should've never been given a job. Took 30min to place and get an order and it was wrong.They wouldn't give our money back . They need to just close the doors. Worthless
