Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes after placing order didnt even get to window to pay and I left, because they are to incompetent to pull someone forward and have them wait instead they make everyone wait. Don't go here

I had a problem with my impossible sandwich and called the store. Micheal answered the phone and was very helpful and kind. I came back to the store and they were very helpful with a smile on their face. I got everything freshly made and it came out very quick.Tara also was very sweet and took care of us quickly both times.

This place is on part to be one of the worst Burger King‘s. I’ve ever had the experience of eating at. It’s like 2:30 in the morning and I get it, sucks to be working that early in the morning. But that doesn’t mean you have to serve me a piece of chicken that looks like it died six years ago it was crispy as hell. And I’m not talking about that good kind of crunchy crispy. I’m talking about that. It’s been sitting around for hours crispy. Like we didn’t have but slim Pickens of places to eat at night but when we get pulled forward because they have to make something fresh, why the hell would they make everything old except the one item? Like my fries Had enough salt on them to pay a Roman warriors monthly wages. We’re talking about. I could shake the box and salt, an entire batch of McDonald’s fries twice over and still have plenty of salt left. And I don’t even wanna get on the amount of sheer laziness They have when making a cheeseburger. Cause I don’t know about you, but when you order a double cheeseburger the cheese goes in between the meat, not on top of two pieces of meat. Like I don’t have really high standards for Burger King for a place that says have it your way it sure seems like that’s not the case. Period I mean if I wanted 30 year-old meat, I would go eat at McDonald’s. I expected at least something that was freshly flame broiled.

Their food was absolutely disgusting, the table was dirty, they messed up our food and when they gave me the correct food it was not the right amount, the fries were old and nasty it was just nasty. I never expected this from this Burger King
This place has reslly turned this narrows location around it used to be the worst place in giles now they have good food grest service and correctly trained employees. Hats off to whoevre turned this location around

I’m sorry to see this Burger King has such a negative rating ! They did well on my visit . My son and I enjoyed the brand new white cheddar and crispy onion whoppers ! I think the crispy onion whopper was absolutely delicious ! The staff was very friendly and nice , the manager recognized us from a previous visit and told us she loved seeing us again
