The customer service is good. Plenty of seating places. Use the burger king app to order in advance to avoid waiting. The app also offers plenty of free food time to time.

This here is our best BK To go to for yourself and family (kids) the crew is good and if ya like let's know you going on to be seated and they normally will bring your order out to ya in the dinning area,

The other BK is across town on West main St..
Don't go there,isn't that swell of a place,

Need to be torn down and rebuilt and they need to re-evaluate their managers

The “Beast” Master

As someone who used to come here as a kid, it pains me to see what this place has become. It is literally a dystopian nightmare of declining standards. The food quality dropped years ago and has only gotten worse, but this is not just an isolated problem. It is a Burger King wide issue. The only silver lining is that this location stays open from 10pm to midnight, making it the only option for decent food when everywhere else is closed, especially if you are tired of Sheetz (gross). Even then, brace yourself. The bacon is undercooked, limp, and overly fatty, while everything else at least is made fresh to order, albeit with a longer wait for properly cooked meat.

Food took forever to pickup after ordering on the app. Food was cold, order was wrong. Do not go here. Horrible service and food!!!

Ordered ahead, had to wait over twenty minutes for them to bring it out and the food ended up being cold, tasting weird, bacon was undercooked and everything was missing condiments/cheese.
Don't eat here.

As a Uber eats driver, it is really tough to see some of these corporations running these food chains, and such a horrible unprofitable manner. On February 3, I was at this location doing a pick up. I must’ve had to drive 15 minutes to get to this location. When I arrive the one person working in the front says, yeah we just got those two orders and we will have them out soon. This is one of the main reasons why I don’t like to accept any rides from this Burger King. I hope whoever is managing the store hire some more help because why would anyone ever put an order in late night at the store if it’s gonna take forever as I look around the Hardee’s in Blacksburg closed, Wendy’s is closed as well. All these chains are gone and it looks like this one’s gonna follow soon if they can’t change its ways.

Decent experience. Food came out fast but my sandwich was made wrong. Not horribly wrong, they forgot to leave the pickles off. So just maybe paying attention to details would have gained a higher rating.

I waited in the drive through for ten minutes. I was served cold fries, soda that was out of syrup, and tough burgers. I ordered food for myself as well as another individual, both our meals were as listed above upon opening the bag once we pulled away from the drive through. The cashier wasn’t the friendliest nor did she make any comment on the long wait.

You need to hire more people and train them, shortage of staff is not an excuse to ask customers to cancel their order rudely. If you really cannot finish my order, you should have cancel it, instead of ask customer to contact a support
