They always mess something up or forget something, few of the workers are nice, most are rude but I can understand that cause its probably a horrible place to work.

They don’t even deserve one star, everytime I go there I get pulled even if im just getting one item. The people don’t converse at all. And when I received my icee it was give zero effort. I work about 3 minutes away and by the time I got back from my 30 minute break I had no time to enjoy what I bought. And my coworker was extremely disappointed with her icee!

I got a 10 pcs chicken tender and when I got home 5 of them were very hard. I couldn't eat them because it hurt my gums. I called and told them. The guy was very rude and said that I would have to get them out of the trash and bring them back because they didn't give away free food. I told him that I live about 15 minutes away and he said that he didn't know me and didn't know if I was being honest. I will never go to that Hardee's again

Every time I order Burger King on the app, it don't matter if they are slow or busy you always are told to move up just so there time thing is good, it's getting old very poor service they need different management or something, this Burger King has changed so much than it was before.

We went through the drive thru here, and the staff were rude and unfriendly. We said thank you to every person we spoke to (ordering, paying, and getting the food) and all 3 people ignored us. The food was pretty terrible. The mozzarella sticks were empty, the fries werent fresh. Very disappointing. Fast food service isn't what it used to be.

I had the BK fish after a very long time amd was totally disappointed what it used to be is not anymore the size has shrunk majorly, but the taste is the same .. they need to do something to bring the old BK fish back ...
