Great food. Very alert and courteous staff. Clean. It appears men have discovered the place due to good valve and quick service. Tips are not expected, but deserved.

My son and i traveled to christiansburg and decided to stop in to chicken salad chick to try it. My son has very strict dietary needs due to medical conditions and thus the only item on the menu he could eat was a PB&J uncrustable off the kids menu. We tried to order this and were told that the manager was very strict on the ages that could order off the kids menu. We mentioned his dietary restrictions and were told once again, despite being willing to pay double, that, no, the manager was very strict. So we left, and did not order anything from chicken salad check. Instead of getting those few dollars from that pb&j they got nothing. We ran over to Arby’s. Anybody should be allowed to order whatever is on the menu, regardless of age.

I bought a container of chicken salad Last Saturday and halfway through, I found an extremely long blond/grey hair. I was really disappointed. We had eaten the salad for 3 days for lunch. Pretty sure I am over my Chicken salad cravings for a very long time... forever.
Drive thru exit should be larger as some Karen's think that if the order is not correct, they can back up and block the flow... ???

I was headed next door to Mission BBQ when I had a thought: why not try something new? I'm SO glad I did.Though the restaurant’s theme caters to a specific audience that I didn't quite fit into (which is probably why I attracted some curious looks as I walked in), I put my ego aside and approached the counter. At this quick-service restaurant, I was warmly welcomed to Chicken Salad Chick. I ordered the BLT sandwich with the Kickin' Kay Lynne chicken salad on toasted wheat bread, along with a cup of chicken tortilla soup.I believe all their chicken salads are mayo-based and prepared traditionally (with mayo, veggies, shredded chicken, etc.) into a spreadable form. It was delicious and appropriately portioned. The plate was well-presented (see pic), and it included a dill pickle spear and a cookie, which was a nice touch.The restaurant was clean, and the employees were actively maintaining it and engaging with customers, which is rare these days. The staff seemed happy to be there and eager to help.The bathroom antics were also a great touch.Overall, they did a great job, and I will definitely be back!

My wife really like this place. The food is high quality and the prices are reasonable. Interior is nice. Food is light and doesn’t make you feel heavy. Would definitely recommend

Tell me again why I should be paying $13 for a sandwich that I can’t even see the meat pass the bread? Looks like they took one small scoop and spread it like butter. Also I asked for no tomato and there was tomato still on it. (Not in the pic because I can’t stand the flavor so I took it off immediately) So I don’t know who was working today 5/1/24 around 3:30pm but definitely not my favorite experience getting food from here.
