I wish you could remove the hard white tenderloin in chicken. It is disgusting to bite down on.

My first time here and I will return

Dinner menu spotty. We love the food, but our last two times we have been there on Saturday for dinner, they have been out of items advertised in the store. I understand occasional inventory challenges, but consistently running out of menu items not a great customer experience, even with genuinely apologetic staff. It’s a mgmt problem. We took our business elsewhere.

My son and i traveled to christiansburg and decided to stop in to chicken salad chick to try it. My son has very strict dietary needs due to medical conditions and thus the only item on the menu he could eat was a PB&J uncrustable off the kids menu. We tried to order this and were told that the manager was very strict on the ages that could order off the kids menu. We mentioned his dietary restrictions and were told once again, despite being willing to pay double, that, no, the manager was very strict. So we left, and did not order anything from chicken salad check. Instead of getting those few dollars from that pb&j they got nothing. We ran over to Arby’s. Anybody should be allowed to order whatever is on the menu, regardless of age.

I bought a container of chicken salad Last Saturday and halfway through, I found an extremely long blond/grey hair. I was really disappointed. We had eaten the salad for 3 days for lunch. Pretty sure I am over my Chicken salad cravings for a very long time... forever.
