Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've gone to this location a few times. I've noticed Blacksburg, Radford and Christiansburg locations if you are a athlete and play some type of sport you got a lot of food and won't be charged extra for it. If I ask just to add a little more rice or meat because person gave me half of a scoop. I was charged twice. Second complaint I didn't order my food online. I actually walked in to try to enjoy my dinner. Always order besides a bowl, I will order large chips. Saw they had a few on the shelf and was denied to purchase one bag. I ask why the female manager denied me buying one bag of chips. I asked why. Her response is that she is saving it for people who order online. So instead of having more made to have enough in stock she denied selling one to me. My thought is it was only around 645/7 pm. This location still had a couple of hours before closing. Third complaint, I have is the lobby is not kept clean. There maybe plenty of places to sit but if you want to sit down to eat you will have to clean the area first. These locations have a lot of double standards.

The female manager is extremely rude and displays hostile behavior. She doesn't do her job properly, nothing is set up at 10:45 am. She purposely doesn't wear a name tag so customers can't report her. I came here to eat with my sister but she kept on being rude to us. We were forced to leave, other customers felt bad for the way she was treating us. She kept on targeting us by making rude remarks toward us. Please hire educated staff that is okay with serving all minorities and ethnic groups.

I came today at 10:45 am and the Empolyee was very rude to me. They refused to serve me when I arrived because they weren't set up. Then she proceeded to make remarks "Sorry you're not having a great day" and then when I said "I'm sorry that you can't do your job properly" she decided to refuse service. I hope you guys hire better management that doesn't behave this way to customers with colored skin.

Just got my order, and it isn't up to par! Half of the rice isn't cooked, and I didn't get the black beans in my burrito bowl. Total rip off. This place should do better. Service gets 2 stars because it was delivered to me.

As others have said, this location has become extremely stingy with the food. they are giving half spoon sized servings of proteins. I even had to ask 3 times for more mild salsa and corn. Just strange how they refuse to put more food in the bowls, even after the whole national debacle about chipotles serving sizes.

I’ve given this place countless chances and every time I come back hoping it will be better because I love Chipotle, but it’s not. The place is always dirty with food on the floor and tables. They keep getting more and more stingy with the amount of food they give you. I always have to ask for more rice, as it doesn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. I get double protein (chicken) and I always have to ask for more. Crazy especially when you are almost paying $4 more for double chicken.

The people that work here are rude and act like they hate their lives. It has to be management, because I have worked in the fast food business and if I acted like their workers did I would have been fired.

Also, they do this thing where they don’t accept cash unless you have exact change. I have been refused service due to having a $50 bill for a $35.45 order because they didn’t have change to give me back. What food place does that? Seems like they don’t want customers.

It’s just a shame because I love chipotle. The Blacksburg and Roanoke locations don’t have this issue.

They do a terrible job, bowl not even close to full, you will pay way too much for your food and be very disappointed

Low volume this evening and the restaurant was an absolute wreck. Food waste on roughly half the empty tables, food waste all over the floor, trash cans all full, and workers not clued in to address these issues. Staff was courteous in their service but not on top of overall cleanliness. Will not come back to his location.

This place is so stingy, it’s extremely hard to get your moneys worth. Used to only be stingy with the protein, but now everytime I get a fight over every topping which is really saying something when all I ever get is rice, chicken and shredded cheese. Always get a comment when I ask for extra rice but used to always be generous with the cheese. Now when you ask for more cheese I get told I’m gonna get charged double for that too? Staff always acts like they’re drained of life, chips always half cooked, starting to think this place is a lost cause which sucks because I’ve been coming for years. Paying $12 for a bowl and some undercooked chips and still not even getting full is ridiculous.

I literally just pick up y order and there was barely anything food on that plate not ok at all, I always order the same exact thing, and today they gave me barely anything when I spend basically 30 dollars

Got in before the dinner rush. Service was quick and friendly. I had the hard taco carnitas with all the fixings. Great portion sizes, and everything tasted on point. Crisp shells, flavorful meat and toppings. Great all around.

The large drink I had with my order was handed to me in the drive thru still fizzing and covered in soda. I realize a minute later that the worker only filled up my cup by 2/3 tops. I paid for a large drink with my meal, not a regular drink in a large cup. Ruined the whole experience.

My burrito is 3 inches and the manager refused to put more food in the burrito. This is the umpteenth time that we’ve gotten a tiny burrito that costs a LOT. Also, there was a hunk of rotten lettuce in the burrito bowl we got. I highly recommend not going here.
