It's crystal clear that this business is trying to cut corners to generate a profit. However with that being said; you should not undercut the customers experience by providing an inadequate portion size and charging 12 dollars for a bowl. I wish I had a picture of the food but I outright refused to buy it. The staff was professional and hospitable.

I got the grilled chicken burrito bowl with guacamole. It was delicious! I ordered for pickup on the app, and my order was hot and fresh in just over 5 minutes, which was perfect timing to drive over and pickup. I ordered tortilla chips on the side for a perfect combo.

I never leave reviews but the food we ordered for dinner was extremely disappointing and over priced. Queso tasted like powdered cheese and inedible. The burrito was soggy and bland in taste. Guacamole was also bland. Chips were greasy with an odd flavor and oversalted. I will not be ordering again.

Whoever works night shifts on Tuesdays needs to be demoted to a customer. Rice tasted like I was chewing metamorphosis rocks, not exaggerating felt like I was eating nerds. Food came out semi cold which makes no sense, I seen y’all make it??? Honestly horrible tasting food, no complaints for customer service just god awful food. Whoever hired them doesn’t know the difference between left and right. Do better!

I tried to call and speak to the manager however, it’s impossible to get someone on the phone at Chipotle. After reading all the horrible reviews, I understand many other customers have encountered the exact same horrible experience. Needless to say, my time was absolutely wasted. After working all day the last thing I want to do is sit for an hour and half at a drive thru waiting on an order I placed through a mobile app. Also, let me add when I finally made it to the window to get my food the person working at the window was extremely rude. Knowing how long customers have waited I would expect an apology for the long wait. If I had been able to get out of line I would have done so. While I was in line for the long extended time there was only three cars in front of me. I will not be back to this location and would like to demand a refund for such an unacceptable, horrendous experience.
