Took my son and granddaughter ice-cream was great price a little high but well worth it

My first time going and the ice cream 🍨 was definitely hit'n lol

In town on a business trip and decided to stop by. You can never go wrong with Cold Stone. The staff here is friendly, professional and helpful. The store was very clean and bright inside. Very little wait to order. I love all the choices here. They had exactly what I wanted and took just a minute to make it. Love this store.

Bathroom smells bad. Railings are rusty. They barely mixed the ice cream

Cold 🥶 Stone 🪨 is one of my favorite ice cream 🍨 places and I really do love their signature creations. That was the case at this Cold Stone as well but what was different was that I found a hair in my cup. So even though I hate to do this to Cold Stone, I have to remove a couple of stars ✨ from my overall rating.

Tried to order a cake online and the site kept giving an error. Called the store and the employee said I could just come in and get the one I requested as there were several in the freezer. When I got there she said oh sorry we don’t have any of those. Hire children, lose customers.

I was having an awful day so to fix it - of course I got ice-cream. I haven't been to Coldstone in ages, but the employees were incredible. They are so creative and come up with the best combinations of ingredients to make awesome cones and sundaes. One million stars out of five, this place rocks.

Went in tonight to grab two shakes normally my experience is ok but tonight was different i asked for a chocolate malt shake and they had no malt on top of that the woman helping me seemed to be so disgusted to even be there if you don't know hospitality or how to provide good customer service get another job and how on earth were you out of Malt all the times I've been there they have never been out just ridiculous I will never go back so disappointed honestly

The staff are really rude. You always feel like they’re rushing you to make your selection. I really felt uncomfortable last time because I felt I’m getting a free service

Amazing ice cream with a super kind staff, they are always fast and one of the few places I make an effort to actually tip at!

Ice cream is good but staff is not friendly. I have been there many times and had the same feeling each time.
