I recently had the catered buffet at a large event, and while some of the food was very good, it was not very hot. The fried chicken didn't have a crispy crust and it was barely warm. The veggies were hot, and the tossed salad was good, but the desserts were cut very small, to the point that people were taking 2 slivers of cake and putting them together to barely equal a small piece of cake.
