I'm really happy our store will not be reminding!!!!! I will not go in any Cracker Barrel that is remodeled and serves beef!!!

Our waiter was Nathan, he was amazing, warm and friendly, the meal was also great. We had the Louisiana shrimp, and the Lemon pepper Trout. We would definitely come back.

Good food. Waitress was excellent. I dont remember her name. She had no stars, so I guess she was fairly new. She had purplish-pink hair. Anyway she was fantastic. Promote over peers.

This was one of my favorite restaurants. I’m tired of these CEOs taking the soul out of everything. Some things don’t need to be “modernized”. The southern atmosphere is what made Cracker Barrel special. I won’t be going to another restaurant again

Loved the store and the people. I can’t say as much for the Logo Change and all the changes in the menu. If you are not happy with a formula that works please just shut it down and start the California Barrel. The reason people like eating here is the food and the atmosphere. Since the majority of the population in the US is over 40 most of them get it. The only thing that is not working with this brand is the leadership. You don’t make something better by alienating the very customers that made you successful.

Food was cold by the time it came out. Ordered a salad with my food but instead of bringing it out first they waited until everything was brought out. They have always brought the salad out first before the main course but not this time. Now your CEO decided to make it a woke place I won’t be going back. Enjoy 😉

I love cracker barrel- and their equity efforts! I've gone for years and it's one of my dad's favorite restaurants. I'm typically happy with almost anything that shows up at my table; their Americana sides especially because you just can't often get them at other restaurants (like okra or grits.) But I hope they keep their classic interior and their sign with the flourishes at this location! It feels so comfortable with the dark walls!

Was upset that they ran out of napkins and management did not send someone to local store to buy some. Was not happy corporate stopped offering biscuits or rolls with meals because they cut them out to save money! Waitress was new and had no training and company should have had someone to train her she was so bad that it made or visit even worse. Will never return if this is how corporate thinks customers should be treated!
